We are very pleased with our stay in this beautiful studio of Philippe and Frederique, a dream location with a great terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the sea every day. The studio itself is modern and equipped with everything you need. Also highly recommended is Philipp's private beach Matipi where you will be spoiled by a great team with very good French cuisine and delicious cocktails!!! We loved the different beaches and numerous bays of this region. Nice, Menton, Monaco, Cannes and Antibes are must-sees. 200 points for accommodation and surroundings!

We spent 11 days in the fantastic villa and can recommend it without reservation! 100% great! The house is well-maintained, the layout is great and the outdoor area is very well-maintained. The view is the absolute highlight - a dream! You can sit on the terrace for hours and never get enough of this view. Parking right by the house is tight, but you can easily stand below the house and reach the villa via steps. The train connection is also great, which is really recommended for excursions! Communication with the host was straightforward, she was very attentive and gave us great tips for restaurants! Thank you again!

The place was as pictured, very clean and in a good location. The view was really incredible, a real plus for the stay! The hostess was very responsive and pleasant, responding quickly to any questions we had. We recommend it without hesitation!
