Franco je skvelý a priateľský. 100% nápomocný. Dobre postele. ubytovanie je blízko pláže. Aj keď sme tu boli mimo sezóny, zažili sme veľa a užili si mestečko a okolie.

Appartamento al piano rialzato in un'area piena di piante, fiori, piscina e zona relax. Molto curato e dotato di tutto per cucinare. Terrazza per cenare all'esterno. La proprietaria Sig.ra Ivana molto disponibile e cordiale. La casa consente di raggiungere a piedi le spiagge più belle di Tropea. Consigliato.

L'appartamento è perfetto, con piscina esterna. Ottimo per vacanze in famiglia e non.

Abbiamo soggiornato con una famiglia di 5 persone, in appartamento trilocale, come da descrizione, vista splendida, dal balcone, sul mare della costa degli dei, la posizione è sicuramente la caratteristica di punta di questo appartamento, che si trova all'interno di un piccolo residence ben curato; a pochi metri di distanza la scaletta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Michelino.

Penso che questa struttura, insieme alla sua Host, meritino un premio per tutto. Dalla pulizia impeccabile,alla gentilezza della proprietaria, alla piscina, e la struttura in generale. Forse non ci siamo mai trovati bene da nessuna parte,come in questo posto. Relax, pace, natura ed armonia, la fanno da padrona. Complimenti.

La casa è molto accogliente e a chi piace la tranquillità è l’ideale, è stato possibile fare un escursione sul Sila, che consiglio. Ringrazio vivamente Arcangelo e la sua famiglia per la bellissima accoglienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Carlo’s place was amazing! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The apartment had everything our family needed for our short two night stay in Scilla. Scilla is a beautiful little town. Everything was walkable and the locals are friendly. The apartment is close to a small beach where we rented chairs and spent a good part of the day. The larger beach is walkable as well- it’s beautiful but more crowded. Carlo was very responsive and a great host! If we visit Scilla again, we will definitely stay here!

Naša dovolenka u Francesca a Roselly bola fantastická . Hlavne plná pokoja , kde sme si mohli skvelo oddýchnuť a načerpať nové sily . Dom bol vo veľmi tichej lokalite blízko pláže ( pláž bola piesok s drobnými kamienkami) . Pár minút chôdze bol aj obchod kde si môžete kúpiť všetko čo potrebujete ( ovocie , zeleninu , pečivo a podobne ) , väčší supermarket bol cca 8 minút autom . Keďže sme boli s malým synom bolo skvelé mať na záhrade bazén, hračky a detské stoličky . Taktiež veľkou výhodou bola vonkajšia sprcha a vonkajšia kuchyňa . Odporúčame si požičať auto a preskúmať mestá a pláže v okolí. Hlavne Pizzo a Tropea . Francesco a Rossella sú naozaj super hostitelia a odporučili by sme každému mať tak skvelú dovolenku ako sme mali aj my vo vašom dome . S pozdravom Nikola, Johannes a Theodor

Siamo stati ospiti della proff Filomena nella primavera che sboccia. La sua casa è immersa in un piccolo parco recintato in cui convivono alti pioppi e alberi da frutto. Magnifiche giornate soleggiate ci hanno accompagnato alla scoperta del Parco e un caldo focherello ci accoglieva ristoratore al rientro, insieme alle leccornie che la nostra host ci aveva lasciato nel più puro spirito di ospitalità. L’atmosfera è magica! La nostra cagnolona Cora, ammaliata, ha apprezzato i croccantini lasciati per lei e si è goduta una grande libertà protetta! La casa è perfettamente attrezzata sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi. Pulitissima e super accogliente. La posizione è invidiabile sotto ogni aspetto e la conoscenza del territorio di Filomena ci hanno fatto godere al massimo quel poco tempo che avevamo preventivato, ma abbiamo già prenotato per il viaggio di ritorno per un soggiorno più lungo. Filomena ci ha offerto davvero un mondo incantato e ricco di affettività! Grazie e a presto!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mirella’s home, and she is an incredible host! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is inviting and cozy, with a spectacular outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect retreat. The views and location are amazing—just steps away from our favorite beach, and an easy drive to several other beautiful beaches. We truly felt like we discovered a hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Il posto è davvero un’oasi di pace e tranquillità, esattamente ciò che stavamo cercando. Matteo è stato un host impeccabile: gentile, disponibile e sempre rapido nelle risposte. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gino, che ci ha accolte con discrezione e grande cordialità, fornendoci consigli utili e facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa è splendida, curata nei dettagli, immersa in un giardino meraviglioso. A pochi passi c’è una piccola spiaggia incantevole, perfetta per rilassarsi in totale quiete. Non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio: tutto è stato perfetto!

Antonella is a great host. As my wife and I arrived in Civita, Antonella was waiting for us in the main square and, after we met, brought us to her place (we drove there following her car, don’t trust Google Maps). The room we stayed in is very spacious, and the balcony has table and chairs, from where I really enjoyed morning sunbathing while contemplating the amazing landscape. You can see, the whole village, the rocky cliff (timpa del diavolo), the Raganello gorge and the sea. Breakfast is served in a cozy room with one single table in the centre, so all b&b guests are sitting together and every morning I had some really nice conversations with other travellers. Antonella prepares breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, one day we were even served fresh ricotta cheese made by a local shepherd, so delicious!

Very responsive host! Flexible and accommodating! I really like his apartment because it is in a very old establishment. The internet connection wasn’t the best. The host had wine, water and juice waiting for us in the fridge! - that was a nice touch! We had a great time at his place

Francesco’s apartment in the old town of Pizzo was in a great position for access to everything you’d want in Pizzo. We were met by Viola who was really lovely and friendly. The location was great, only a minute’s walk and you’re in the heart of the town, with great restaurants, views over the sea, and a lovely and quiet little public beach. The apartment was equipped with everything you need and was nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living room and it was also great to have the two bathrooms. The kitchen was also great and we were able to make a couple of meals when staying there and had these out on the lovely terrace. We had a great stay at Francesco’s apartment and would highly recommend staying there, and would book again.

Siamo arrivate in treno io e la mia amica e Vittoria ci è venuta a prendere in macchina e ci ha portati subito alla casa. La casa rispettava le descrizioni di Vittoria e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Vittoria molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto in maniera amichevole ed è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ci ha anche dato vari consigli su dove e cosa visitare e ci ha anche consigliato di prendere un motorino per i spostamenti, siccome la zona è piuttosto un sali e scendi e non pianeggiante. Eravamo vicine al mare e le spiaggie erano a poca di stanza con il motorino. Vista impeccabile dalla casa, si è circondati proprio anche dalla natura. Si ha anche la piscina e un bar. È stata veramente fantastica Vittoria ci ha proprio accolto come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole alloggiare a Ricadi.

Ons verblijf bij Anneli was zeer goed verlopen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De terrasruimte, zicht op zee en zeker de buitendouche mogen we niet vergeten. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de buurman Alan. De woning is op wandelafstand van de prachtige zee en bij mooi weer zie je Stromboli iets verderop in de zee liggen. We zijn er buiten het seizoen geweest. Zoals Anneli ons al had gewaarschuwd, was er zeer weinig open en was er bijna niemand te bespeuren in de dichte omgeving. Dit kan fijn zijn, maar misschien niet als je liever in de drukte zit. Met de auto konden we ons snel verplaatsen naar andere dorpjes + we hadden het strand voor ons alleen. Wij hadden er dus geen last van ;) Misschien 1 open strandbar was fijn geweest :) Wij sliepen er met 5 vriendinnen, wat perfect was voor de grote van het huis. Zeker aan te raden verblijfplaats!!!!

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Bellissimo posto curato ed autentico. Giardino incantevole e piscina con vista bellissima e pulita. Veramente a 7 minuti dalla spiaggia in macchina. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e flessibili , ci hanno pure fatto trovare la spesa a casa e regalato le verdure del loro giardino e le uova fresche del pollaio! Consigliamo assolutamente il posto! Nb: importante avere in mente che l altro appartamento che ospita 5 persone nella stessa proprietà è proprio a 5 metri dalle camere nostre e i tavoli per mangiare nel giardino a pochi metri l’uno dall’altro :quindi ottimo per due famiglie di amici che vogliono unirsi per le ferie

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

Francesco e Guido ci hanno accolto calorosamente e si sono assicurati che il nostro soggiorno proseguisse al meglio. Abbiamo alloggiato 17 notti nel mese di agosto. Il posto è bellissimo, curatissimo e molto tranquillo. Un posto di altri tempi curato con estremo gusto. La casa ha un bellissimo patio dove poter fare belle cene e la piscina è uno spazio fantastico quando si vuole rilassarsi. Il mare è molto vicino e offre un’ampia spiaggia libera (senza servizi), ma volendo nei dintorni si trovani spazi attrezzati. Per raggiungere la casa c’è uno sterrato da percorrere con attenzione, ma assolutamente fattibile.

eine liebevolle außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Man ist in üppiger gesunder Landschaft, inmitten eines urigen Bergdorfs. Herrlich ruhig, die Terrasse ist eine paradiesische Oase mit liebevoll gestaltetem kleinen Pool. Das Badezimmerund auch die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wichtig ist zu wissen, dass es steile kleine Gassen sind und man gut zu Fuß sein muss.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.
