Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

This a lovely property in the backcountry of Pollino National Park. It was ideal for exploring the area and accessing the abundant hiking trails. It is a bit of a drive to get to any of the nearby villages for restaurants, groceries or supplies. Best to arrive well stocked with the necessaries. The few local eateries are excellent. Maria is an attentive host, very responsive and proactive. The unit is well appointed and nicely decorated for a relaxing stay. We would return if in the area again

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

The appartment is very close to the sea and the 'lungo mare' + you can get to the old town on foot in like 10 minutes. It was clean and the host was very responsive. If we ever get back to Crotone we'll book this appartment for sure.

the accommodation is clean and clear. on the other hand, the resort was full, resulting in a shortage of parking spaces and a noisy pool. attention: read the rules before booking: electricity is not included: consumption related to air conditioning, hot water tank, washing machine, dishwasher and lighting will be your responsibility. count at least 10€ per day paying attention (air conditioning put for a few hours in 2 bedrooms) moreover, Emma had not given us clear instructions for self check-in and it was laborious to arrive at the accommodation (even if co-host Ristead tried to correct these approximations)

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. It is quietly located in a side street of Caria. The hustle and bustle of Tropea can be reached quickly by car, as well as countless beautiful beaches. Parking directly on the property is of course pleasant. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, I highly recommend this place. .

I was in Antonio's apartment with my girlfriend for a week. Everything is great, it is very quiet, the bed incredibly cozy, the roof terrace wow, we could borrow a parasol, also do laundry, the kitchen is well equipped. Really recommended Check in / check out flexible, gladly again.

Very well equipped house, spacious, with terrace, garden (common) and private parking in front of the house. Maximum availability and courtesy of the host (Valeria). There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance are the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Dei. e.g. remember to bring or buy kitchen and bathroom essentials (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc. , which are not available)

I stayed with friends at Mario's place. The house is exactly as seen in the photos, large, clean, has a nice garden available with barbecue, an outdoor table for dining under the stars, and a small station to make a bonfire and enjoy nature. All surrounded by peace and quiet. Mario was always very kind and helpful. Definitely a place to come back to.

Recently renovated house. Plenty of space, fine for larger families/groups. On the ground floor there is also an office space and a game room, both with sofa beds and TVs. In the large basement is the sports room, table tennis table and a washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor a spacious master bedroom, with separate bathroom, a walk in closet and a TV. The other two bedrooms are also spacious and have double beds. With another 2nd bathroom. Spread across the house are multiple balconies and terraces, partly covered. It was luxurious and we spent a very comfortable 1.5 week here as a family with three young children. Nearby is a bakery with ice cream parlor where you can also have breakfast. Furthermore, many pizzerias nearby. And of course the sea with sandy beaches in the immediate vicinity. The area is not really set for tourism, so you get the authentic Italian everyday life. Looking for a comfortable house in a quiet place? Then I definitely recommend this to you!

Great place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility a bit outside of Lamezia. There is all the need for a relaxed stay. Everything clean! Antonio is a great host and I will definitely be back!

The apartment is well maintained, cleaned, and designed to spend a good time with family and friends. Osvaldo, the host, takes care of his guests in a kind and lovely manner, ensuring the conditions to live your experience at best. Overall, we had a very enjoyable summer time (and it’s true - the pool it’s bigger than it looks). A single note regarding Novasol’s management - we found a bit unfair to charge 220€ (for cleaning fees and bedsheets) after the booking, since these costs could (and should) be reflected in the price shown on airbnb at the time of the research. Again, BIG UP OSVALDO!!

Very large and beautiful home. Make sure you understand that electricity and linens are an extra charge. However, do not let that discourage you from booking. Electrical fee was about 20 Euro/day. Rossana and Letizia were very accommodating to help us get settled.

The village is very well-kept and quiet. There are two very clean pools with a lifeguard and security. The apartment is new with all comforts. The host is very polite and helpful. Upon our arrival in the apartment, we found water, juice and what you need for the first hours. He was also always present to solve any of our needs. The sea is not a part of the coast of the best Calabria, but the beach is equipped with a beach with an umbrella and deck chair provided accessible through a pine forest.

Really positive experience. Cozy and clean house, with all the comforts... and a beautiful fireplace. Mrs. Rosella is a truly exceptional host, always present and responsive, ready with the right information on places to see and places to shop or dine. To visit the Arbëreshe Museum of Culture in the village... Dr. Rosangela who accompanied us on the guided tour is very competent and passionate. Don't miss the restaurant Giardino delle Rose, the only restaurant in the village, where you can taste the excellent dishes at KM 0 by Mrs. Luigina. La Casetta di Rosella was the perfect location to spend a pleasant stay in this wonderful part of Basilicata, with 3 small children and 1 infant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
