Romantic old property, close good restaurant

We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in this beautiful seaside villa. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. The villa is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing vacation. Free parking is well guarded in the residence. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful. From the time of booking until checkout, they were always ready to answer any questions and provide advice on what to visit nearby. They made us feel at home! I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place to enjoy the sea in complete tranquility We look forward to coming back, thank you very much.

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they even let us find groceries at home and gave us veggies from their garden and fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

We were guests of Mr. Francesco alla Formaggera for a week. La Formaggera is located in a unique place for the landscape that surrounds it and a little enchanted by the saturated atmosphere of history that you can breathe in it. The house is simple, but delightfully furnished; the kitchen is well organized and equipped with everything you need and you can have lunch and dinner outside, cool. Far from the chaos, you can rest in the shade of the pines, surrounded by prickly pears and Calabra nature. The beautiful pool and its covered patio, much appreciated on warm days, are certainly a strong point. The sea is close and in the nearest town there are supermarkets and many other shops including the excellent Lagani dairy and the nearby pastry shop. The village of Badolato, a few kilometers away, is worth visiting.

Everything comes together for a great stay for families or groups of friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the nearby beaches are very beautiful, typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Laura and Gianluca are super hosts. Very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We felt like friends. I recommend booking dinner with them; Gianluca prepares local dishes to spin his head. Don't miss, if available, Laura's limoncello. Safe!

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .
