The apartment was very well equipped (home from home), clean and spacious. Large balcony with fantastic sea view. Conveniently located for Pizzo and easy reach by car to Tropea and the beaches of the Costa degli Dei. Easy access to the beach in front of the villa with a nice terrace on the ground floor which can also be used by guests. The sound of the train overnight only minor inconvenience. Great place overall and in my opinion great value for money.

Franco is a very present and kind host. The location of the property is a stone's throw from the sea, with a very spacious garden outside and a ten-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

Just a piece of paradise right on the sea, very calm and clean house with unbelievable views of Capo Vaticano. The Sr. Anna is very kind and considered host. We'll be back soon!!!

It was a pleasure to stay in Mrs. Maria's apartment, a wonderful person and always available to answer our questions. It was great staying in one of the houses in Gianfranco and Gabriella's popular hotel. We stayed in the Chiani house, it is very well cared for with a attention to every detail typical of craftsmanship and the Calabrian tradition. Gianfranco and Gabriella are very kind and gave us great suggestions on the villages to visit and local activities. Living in Belmonte was an unforgettable experience, the house is set in the Middle Ages, looking out over the alleys and enjoying the views gave us the opportunity to participate in the millenary history of the villages of Calabria. We highly recommend staying with Gianfranco and Gabriella both to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Calabria and to live the experience of the medieval village of the crafts of Calabria.

Luigi met us at check in. He did not speak English, but it worked. We had absolute privacy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We were greeted by birds every morning and a view to the sea. Unfortunately for us, many restaurants were closed for the season. However we were able to get into two with reservation. The apartment is located well next to the main piazza and parking in front of the building was easy. We stayed four nights with no regrets.

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

We loved the warm greeting from Antonio's mother and her explanation of how the place worked and the delicious homemade cakes and jam! The garden is beautifully laid out and tended with spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. The house was insect-free with good fitting fly screens on all windows and shutters. The fire was already prepared and lit when we arrived in May and we used it throughout our stay in the evenings. Had it been warmer we would have used the outside kitchen area and barbecue. Our 5 night stay passed all too quickly and we would love to return and walk further in the Pollino National Park.

Mark & Brenda‘s apartment was super nice and super clean. The ocean is not so far and also very clean. Tropea is beautiful. You can cook in the apartment and we really enjoyed the bed because it is soft. The neighboors above were also super kind and helpful. Mark was a lovely host. He supported us always and provided helpful infos. We will come back.

Teresa was really fantastic throughout the entire stay, starting from our arrival at an absurd time, and she kindly welcomed us. Always ready for any need and to provide us with excellent information for both sea and gastronomic itineraries. Clean apartment and perfect for a family of 3/4 people with an outdoor space where you can dine or have lunch. My son was pleasantly surprised by the pool with a whirlpool and every day he took advantage of it. Excellent apartment for a wonderful area of Calabria. I thank Teresa again for her availability. We had a fantastic week at the house. The location is perfectly close to a very nice quiet beach and the view is beautiful. The coast is incredibly beautiful, otherwise it is very quiet in this area. The house was very nice, everything was present and we felt at home there. Henry is a very friendly and helpful host, always available for a chat. Definitely recommended!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

Fantastic stay in a Great location! It was so easy to get to the location, literally about 10 minutes walk from the train station in Tropea, And there were many restaurants near by to choose from. The apartment was clean, Tidy, and Exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsible and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended this place to anyone travelling to Tropea with family and kids.

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable.
