Il villino di Caterina è davvero perfetto per fare una vacanza a Tropea e Capo Vaticano. L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla bella baia dei riaci. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto e ha un bello spazio esterno dove prendere il sole o mangiare. Assolutamente consigliato!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mirella’s home, and she is an incredible host! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. The house is inviting and cozy, with a spectacular outdoor terrace that makes it the perfect retreat. The views and location are amazing—just steps away from our favorite beach, and an easy drive to several other beautiful beaches. We truly felt like we discovered a hidden gem and can’t wait to return!

Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

Het is een prachtig verblijf met een rustig privé strand. De omgeving is ook erg rustig. Fijne locatie voor als je privacy wilt, maar toch niet op genieten van de luxe. Maar zeker ook aan te raden met een gezin. Erg overzichtelijk. Het water aan het strand is helderblauw. We voelden ons erg fijn in het huisje!

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbringen Die Aussicht aufs mehr ist unfassbar schön. Die Besitzer und Antonio der den Check in übernahm waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps was Strände Restaurants etc. betrifft Lg Familie König

Bellissimo posto curato ed autentico. Giardino incantevole e piscina con vista bellissima e pulita. Veramente a 7 minuti dalla spiaggia in macchina. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e flessibili , ci hanno pure fatto trovare la spesa a casa e regalato le verdure del loro giardino e le uova fresche del pollaio! Consigliamo assolutamente il posto! Nb: importante avere in mente che l altro appartamento che ospita 5 persone nella stessa proprietà è proprio a 5 metri dalle camere nostre e i tavoli per mangiare nel giardino a pochi metri l’uno dall’altro :quindi ottimo per due famiglie di amici che vogliono unirsi per le ferie

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen, Liegen und verweilen. Pool schön groß und gepflegt. Strand ein paar Laufschritte von der Haustür entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Unser Gastgeber Vincenzo war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen tollen Service gegeben. Danke 👍🏻

Traumurlaub! Die Wohnung ist schön – die Küche gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse mit Draußen-Essbereich unter einem Pavillon und Grill. Der Pool war toll für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es noch einen Whirlpool. Luisa war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben Obst, Gemüse und Eier von den Hühnern aus dem Garten bekommen – alles schmeckt wahnsinnig gut und wir haben uns wie im Schlaraffenland gefühlt. Supermärkte und viele Restaurants sind nicht weit und mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Umgebung und die vielen Strände waren atemberaubend und schön leer. Die Jahreszeit und das Wetter waren perfekt, besonders für Familien, denn das Meer ist im Oktober noch warm. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Skvostné ubytování a úžasný hostitel! Měl jsem tu čest strávit několik dní v apartmánu u Lothara a musím říct, že to bylo jedno z nejlepších ubytování, jaké jsem kdy zažil. Od chvíle, kdy jsem dorazil, mě Lothar přivítal s úsměvem a vřelostí, která okamžitě udělala z pobytu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Apartmán je naprosto nádherný – moderní, čistý a velmi útulný. Každý detail je pečlivě promyšlený a proměňuje pobyt v opravdový komfort. Kuchyně je plně vybavená, což mi umožnilo snadno si připravovat vlastní jídlo, a pohodlná postel mi zaručila kvalitní spánek. Navíc, příjemný balkon s krásným výhledem na okolí byl skvělým místem pro relaxaci. Co opravdu vyniká, je Lotharova pohostinnost. Jeho ochota pomoci, místní doporučení a celková péče o hosty jsou na vysoké úrovni. Cítil jsem se jako doma a Lothar mi poskytl cenné tipy na zajímavá místa a restaurace v okolí. Je evidentní, že mu záleží na tom, aby jeho hosté měli nezapomenutelný pobyt. Celkově bych toto ubytování doporučil každému.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Erg mooi appartement in Villa del Conte - wat een uitzicht 🤩. Ligt mooi hoog met uitzicht op zee en op Tropea. Tropea op korte afstand zeer goed bereikbaar - auto is wel noodzakelijk. Diverse mooie zitjes op het terrein met allemaal prachtig uitzicht. Ook het zwembad ligt op een heerlijke plek. De faciliteiten zijn er voldoende onder andere een plaats waar je heerlijk kan BBQ-en. Kortom een zeer mooi appartement op een heerlijke locatie. Een aanrader - jazeker !!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

Schöne zeitgemäß sanierte, ruhige, saubere und geräumige Wohnung (Bad kleiner) in einem alten Gebäude in der Altstadt, gut zu Fuß erreichbar und nicht weit von der Piazza, Restaurants und den Stränden entfernt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten (Parcheggio Pitaro) ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung, am Wochenende nur über die Contrada da la Parrera fahren, da die direkte Einfahrt gesperrt war. Herzlicher Empfang von Rina und die Kommunikation mit Giulia war sehr gut. Kleiner Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung stillvoll, einfach völlig ausreichend. In Pizzo gab es jeden Tag was neues zu entdecken und es ist ein idealer Standort für weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kalabrien. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Giulia und Rina.

Great location near Piazza Rocco. You do need to walk down to the beach and Chianalea as the lift is out of operation. Follow Lorenzo's pictures starting in front of the Church in Piazza Rocco rather than rely on Maps. Lorenzo organised a taxi for us. Highly recommended

Andrea und seine Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut ! Die Einrichtung einfach , aber funktionell und durchaus der Beschreibung und Bildern entsprechend. Tatsächlich außergewöhnlich ist die Lage und die Aussicht !!! Eigentlich muss man die Unterkunft kaum verlassen , denn das Meer liegt einem sprichwörtlich zu Füßen. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Kurzurlaub . Daher 5 Sterne 🌟

Mi sono trovata ad alloggiare da Fabio in vista di un concorso, eravamo in tre, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Alla mia richiesta di un alloggio pratico per la mobilità mi ha proposto l’immobile in centro che ho subito accettato. Nella casa c’è un po’ di tutto, alla mia richiesta del caffè per la macchinetta Fabio in modo impeccabile mi ha direttamente fornito un’altra macchinetta del caffè con le cialde. Inoltre si è assicurato che non ci mancasse nulla. Mi aveva già avvisato che l’appartamento era ubicato in centro tra i locali, quindi eravamo preparati ai possibili rumorini, ma sopportabili. Peccato essere stata lì per motivi di studio perché sotto casa ci sono tanti bei locali. Se dovessi tornare sicuramente sceglierei lo stesso appartamento.

Claudia is a wonderful host. She met us to check in and showed us around. Her home is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. She checked in on us halfway through to see if we needed anything. Her home is in a great location to walk to amenities in the small town of San Lucido. She was accommodating and very responsive.

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Abbiamo trascorso una fantastica settimana all'insegna di tranquillità, bei paesaggi e cibo eccellente. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo vivamente. Grazie a Luigi e famiglia

La casa è immersa in una splendida pineta vicina al mare. Sono presenti altri alloggi, ma i rispettivi spazi esterni sono a uso esclusivo. Al ritorno dal mare la pineta è stata un autentico buen retiro: doccia esterna, due tavoli, sdraio e griglia in muratura. Insomma, posto ideale per godersi il silenzio, la natura e il cielo stellato. La pineta si trova a pochi km dal comune di Isola di Capo Rizzuto ma nelle vicinanze ci sono un market e un bar. A pochi passi dall'alloggio c'è una spiaggia appartata e bellissima. Sabbia rossastra, mare cristallino e ricco di pesci (località Le Cannella è parte dell'area marina protetta di C. Rizzuto). La discesa a mare è semplice, ma piuttosto scoscesa: non adatta a tutte le età e le ginocchia. Nei dintorni ci sono comunque spiagge altrettanto belle, talvolta di più facile accesso. Ottima la comunicazione con il mitico Mario. Cos'altro aggiungere? Torneremo appena possibile con gran piacere.
