Apartment located in the historic center of Civitavecchia (old Ghetto), a stone's throw from the waterfront, the train station, the port. All around the apartment are restaurants, pizzerias, and all kinds of clubs. The apartment is on the first floor of an ancient building from the 700 and has been totally renovated. It consists of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a large living room with 2-seater bed sofa, bathroom with shower and entrance.

My place is located just 10 meters from the sea and close to the center of the village. You'll appreciate my home for its quiet neighborhood and strategic location. It is ideal for couples and families, thanks to its proximity to the sea and the presence of shops and various clubs in the immediate vicinity. Please let me know if you have any questions about availability and pricing. A tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day is required.

A renovated apartment equipped with every comfort with a large garden available to spend summer evenings and enjoy the view of the Diaccia Botrona and the sea. In the hilly area, 2 km from the center of the village, to experience the sea and the village but with serenity.

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
