Draußen gibt es einen schönen Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz, eine Außendusche sowie diverse Sitzecken (oben und unten) und eine große Grillecke. Zum Meer (Steilküste) sind es nur 300 m Luftlinie.

The L-shape of the house is rendered white and minimal finishes are used through the interior. Downstairs, the open plan design is connected by a terrace, giving the space an indoor-outdoor feel.
