You immediately feel comfortable and at home here! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's whining at a high level. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

We loved staying at Valentina’s place. It’s very comfortable and located within walking distance of marina and a lot of restaurants. A couple supermarkets are a couple minutes drive. Parking was always easy to find right in front of the place. It has partial view of the sea right from the patio. Valentina was super responsive and responding to messages within minutes. There is an AC in leaving room but not in bedrooms. But with fans we made it work and cooled down the place enough to sleep. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast. Overall a great place to stay in S Maria N. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you! Overall

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s. The hosts were all very attentive and quick with communication. They truly thought of everything with this suite!! And we loved meeting Sam 😊

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Wow, what a vacation we had. Everything was above expectations and our host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very nice and in order. Here we want to come back!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Perfect location in Porto Cervo with breathtaking views. Lovely apartment as described. We had a great stay the only tiny thing that lets it down is the 10am checkout.

We were guests for three days and can recommend the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, Eulalia was always available to us. Fresh fruit, Water and yogurt were available for us. The place is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the surroundings.

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a great location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The furnishings of the apartment are very good, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has great views and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The communal pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We were very pleased. The place was as described and as shown on the pictures. The small balcony with sea view was wonderful. The location is great, you are quickly in the city and with a rental car you can easily explore the beautiful beaches in the area. Daniela gave us many useful tips, including where to eat well. The value is great in our opinion. Of course, you can't expect luxury accommodation here.
