Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Der Morgen jeweils ist magisch, mit dem Meeresrauschen und dem Singen der verschiedenen Vögel. Der Strand und das rundherum ist einfach nur schön. Die Einheimischen sind sehr freundlich und Sardinien im allgemeinen ein Traum. Vom 15. September bis Anfang Juni kann man sich mit Hunden fast uneingeschränkt am Strand bewegen. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin jeden Tag am Strand und im Meer baden. Auch in den Restaurants war unsere kleine immer willkommen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.. Grazie Marco🙏🏼

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Privatstrand, die tolle Terasse mit dem Ausblick und die freundliche Unterstützung von Andrea und Pietro haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This airbnb was just amazing with the most beautiful view. Christina was really helpful in purchasing a new cot before our arrival as we had a baby with us. The local beaches are very easy to walk to even with two little ones and we enjoyed them much more than the more famous beaches that were around and much busier. The wifi didn't work during our stay but that was ok as we could spend more time focusing on spending time together. We will definitely come back to stay when we visit Sardinia again.

Fantastic villa with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The view out to the sea from the garden is stunning and the pool is perfect for little ones to play at the shallow end. Great communication from host and owner and received a brochure full of recommendations before our stay which was very helpful. Really peaceful and quiet setting, we loved walking to the local beach every day (15 mins) and getting in the car to explore other amazing beaches in the surrounding area. No2 & 3 beaches in Sardinia a short drive away and were spectacular.

A dining area is presented with an elegant wooden table set for a meal. Various bowls and cups in subtle colors are arranged alongside woven placemats. White cushions are placed against the wall, with a view of lush greenery and a distant mountain visible through the open space.

A wonderful villa in San Teodoro, with both a great garden and terrace. Close to a few of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, and in great location to explore the east coast of the island. Perfect neighbourhood, spacious villa - which has everything one would need. Definitely recommend!
