In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!

In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I know the area like the back of my hand and will be happy to help you discover it like a local.
