Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. The flat is situated on a quiet residential street with free on street parking. Guests have the use of the property owners garden and patio. The flat has it's own rear access with security lighting.
