Our little family run luxury glamping pod has that 'close to nature' feel but with all the home comforts you need for a wee break away. Whether it be a few days exploring or just a much needed rest, you can enjoy the Scottish elements by day and cosy in at night with the underfloor heating toasting your feet. Our glamping pod is situated at the end of our garden. We will respect your privacy but you might get the odd hello from the neighbouring sheep and children may be playing in the garden.

Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

Maida's cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ford, close to Loch Ederline. There is a private driveway to the cottage with a farm gate to keep the sheep on the hill. There is ample parking and a gated/fenced private garden. Although on the edge of the village, Maida's cottage feels remote with a rather stunning backdrop. There are many hills to walk. There is no TV or WiFi, this is a cosy getaway from hectic lives so sit back and enjoy the log fire with a good book.

We had a wonderful time at Jane’s beautiful cottage. It was spotlessly clean and in a wonderful, peaceful location. Jane left bird food in one of the cupboards so we filled the bird feeder and were delighted to see lots of lovely birds in the garden. The cottage is very homely, cosy and comfortable and the hosts keep coffee, tea, cooking oil, spices etc in the kitchen which was a very lovely touch. Unfortunately, the hotel next door is closed but there are lots of lovely restaurants in Lochgilpead. We also travelled to Tayvallich and had the most delicious fish and chips at the Tayvallich Inn - we highly recommend it! Overall, this is the perfect place to relax and adventure around the surrounding villages and towns. We really hope to come back again one day!

what a wonderful find! Coorue Doon is beautiful, comfortable, immaculate and peaceful. We had such a great time that we can't wait to come back. The area is stunning and steeped in history. We highly recommend this cottage, it wont disappoint! Try the Tayvallich Inn for fab meal and gorgeous scenery

A fantastic stay in the most picturesque place we have had the pleasure of staying. The accommodation was spotless and the facilities and amenities were spot on and great attention to detail on the welcoming items such as milk ready in the fridge etc. A real gem of a place and well worth a visit. Incredible post- elopement weekend at the black cabin! Stunning space, with beautiful views and chill vibes. Exactly what we were looking for - really enjoyed the hot tub especially after a 10km trail run round nearby Kerrera Island. Bed, pillows, duvet 10/10 and amazing shower room. Highly recommend - thanks Rowan!
