Vacation rentals with beach access in Cagliari

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Nous avons été surpris de la propreté du logement qui était exceptionnelle. L’emplacement pour profiter de la plage est facile d’accès à pied. Les supermarchés sont très proches. Possibilité de voir un envol de flamant rose en rentrant de la plage. Les bus sont très accessibles également.

Barbara war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt; Strand, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren 2-3 gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die besten Strände in der Umgebung. Die Kommunikation über airbnb verlief reibungslos mit super schnellen Rückmeldungen. Besonders schätzten wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder und den Sonnenschirm, die uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurden – so konnten wir den Strand, der nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt ist, bestens genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der reservierte Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war ein Pluspunkt. Zudem wurde uns ein früherer Check-in gratis ermöglicht, was unseren Anreisetag noch entspannter machte. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das recht harte Bett, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache und hat unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Wenn man die Umgebung weiter erkunden möchte, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, da zum Beispiel die Busfahrt (Linie PF,PQ) nach Cagliari etwa eine Stunde dauert. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Spacious apartment with several outside decks. Buses are close by and will take you anywhere you need to go. As of 6/25 an all day pass was 3.30 Euro. Good app too. Super convenient parking.

Super Lage, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Strandhandtücher und Sonnenschirm waren auch da, was sehr praktisch ist wenn man fliegt. Die Kommuikation hat auch sehr gut geklappt!

Nice place close to the beach

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Enrico ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an freundlich, klar und zuverlässig. Das Haus war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig unkompliziert. Man merkt, dass Enrico mit Herz bei der Sache ist und seinen Gästen eine angenehme Zeit ermöglichen möchte. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Die Gastgeber sind sehr liebenswert. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar oberhalb der Bucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig nach hinten gelegen. Die letzten 200 m zur Unterkunft sind eine holprige Straße. Man muss zudem mit einigen Navigatonssystemen (Waze) aufpassen, da die Straße nicht korrekt angezeigt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr.

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Valentiny. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Valentina czekała na nas i osobiście powitała nas chociaż było to w nocy. Jednocześnie udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji dotyczących pobytu, a także potrzebnych wskazówek o ciekawych miejscach do zobaczenia w Cagliari. Prawie codziennie kontaktowała się z nami, aby przekonać się czy wszystko w porządku. Miejsce tuż przy Ogrodzie Botanicznym jest wyjątkowo spokojne, blisko do centrum i na dworzec. W domu jest winda, co ułatwia poruszanie się. Żałujemy, że tak szybko minął nasz pobyt u Valentiny. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim chcącym odwiedzić Cagliari.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Elena’s place was stunning. Hands down the BEST place I’ve ever stayed in. From the white sparkling interior, to insanely comfortable beds with white crisp linen to white marble bathrooms with excellent showers. Just a minute away from great cafe’s and restaurants. Marina was just 5-7 minutes away. Elena was extremely responsive too. I’m already planning my next stay at Elena’s stately retreat.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Loredana’s apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, a true little haven of peace. But what really made the difference was Loredana herself. Lovely, incredibly thoughtful, always available, and attentive to make sure everything was going well. Thank you again for your kindness and presence, Loredana ! I would happily come back and highly recommend staying here!

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.
