Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

As you enter the property you can see the essence of Cádiz with the typical neighborhood patio, located on the second floor whitout elevador, the apartment where I hope and wish you can enjoy the wonderful city of Cádiz, without taking the car you can walk around its streets, breathe the smell of the sea and rest after a day of sightseeing

Este precioso apartamento está ubicado en un edificio de 1888 totalmente rehabilitado, nuevo y moderno, pero enclavado en el corazón del casco histórico de Cádiz. Este establecimiento dispone del PAQUETE BEBÉ inlcuye: - Cuna con ropa de cuna, - Trona - Bañera plegable - Juego de toallas para el bebé. Deberá solicitarlo con al menos un día de antelación a su llegada. El coste es de 25€ (Precio es para la estancia completa), que deberá abonar de la misma forma que pagó su reserva.

IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.

Disfruta de este precioso apartamento en el corazón del barrio del Pópulo, situado a solo 50 metros de la Catedral. Se encuentra en un edificio del siglo XVIII, recientemente rehabilitado con grandes patios que lo bañan de luz.
