This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

XVIII century old palace in the medieval town of Jerez de la Frontera with more than 10.000 builded square feets. Builded by General Sánchez Mira, former Governor of Cuba when it was part of the Spanish Crown. It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Nearby, less than 5 min. away you have interesting Monuments , Plazas and Iglesias and 10 min away is the famous La Caleta beach. The house has a lot of natural light and tranquility, ideal for rest. In the terrace you can have a great evenings!!!!
