Beautiful and spacious duplex very close to the beach, with a garage and a large backyard, tables, hammocks, sun loungers, sofa, lawn... Its privileged location will allow you to forget about the car (walking 3 minutes to the beach and 10 to the center). It is very convenient, as it is located very close to supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants, breakfast bars, churrería, banks, multi-cinemas, bus station, laundry. Very well equipped, high-end appliances and mattresses, air conditioning.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is 500m walk away. The two balconies have a view to the ocean. A small garden in front, a patio in the back of the house for grill and BBQ afternoons. Spacious living room is combined with kitchen and has access to the balcony and patio. The town center is 10min walk away, bus station 2min. Wifi (optic fiber), dishwasher and washing machine are available. No parties are allowed in the house.

To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.
