Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Caddo lake

Pete and Shelly’s place was very nice. Lots of room for our family. Everything was clean and well kept. We did not experience any issues. The neighborhood was peaceful and the a/c kept us cool. My grown kids loved the arcade game system. Great overall stay. Thank you for having us and would stay there again if ever in the area.

The house was so cute! Very cozy and we felt right at home. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, BEAUTIFUL screened back porch with TV, outdoor dining table and had a fan and heaters. We were not lacking anything! The one and only downside is there are trains running through town very near the house about every hour, day & night, but it didn't ruin our stay in the least. Make sure to take a stroll through the neighborhood to see the beautiful historic houses and magnolia trees!

We visit every year and are always so happy with our stay. It’s a great home with comfy beds, gorgeous surroundings, and all the things we need for a fantastic family vacation!

This lake house was perfect for our family. It was updated, clean, and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed. The view is fantastic and our kids had a great time fishing from the dock. We will definitely stay here again.

Welcoming home with character. Great backyard. Sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. Just a lovely stay!

Kirk’s place is exactly as described. We went during a cold snap and it was very comfortable. The fireplace made it very inviting. The host is very responsive, even before booking. It is good to note that the home is also good if you have any wheelchair guests with you. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The view of the lake is peaceful. Perfect for birdwatching during the day and stargazing at night. I can imagine it would be beautiful during spring and summer.

Stayed in the Sproul cabin, very nice setup along the lake. Great views and local, loved the fire pit at night and all the provided wood. We were in town for an event at nearby Barnwell mountain so didn't get to spend enough time at the cabin, but looking forward to staying next year!

Our stay was very relaxing, just what was needed during spring break and a getaway from all the turmoil. There is adequate cell coverage (T-Mobile, allowed for calls when needed.) There is no seperate wi-fi service but that is a refreshing plus. There is Dish TV if you really have to tune in to the talking-heads telling us how bad things are. Or, you can relax, read by the river; bring a guitar 'n make music on deck or in a screened room. OH! Chalk paintings on the driveway! :) Fun stuff. Kayaks are also available. Tours of the bayou and lake available, we used Aaron of Mystic Tours and had a great time. Keith has the number available in a large binder that with history of the area (a very good read if you take the time, for instance: Steamboats used to ply the waters through to Jefferson). There is also a photo album of the house construction that is pretty cool to thumb through. It is about a 30 minute drive to historic Jefferson which is a nice day trip.

This place is absolutely beautiful, very clean and private. Luckily this place is walking distance to my dad’s house so I will definitely be back soon. The place was extremely clean and beyond comfortable. Great fishing in the pond and so relaxing . To not hesitate to book this place . There is a bridge you must cross and it’s a little steep but manageable and kinda fun. Skip was an awesome host and very quick to respond. 10/10

We just moved to the area and this place was perfect with the on site clean storage! Very peaceful and private setting to relax and enjoy the outdoors. At night, put the phone away and listen to the frog and owl sounds, they are a joy to listen to. Thanks for making our extended stay so memorable!

My older kids & I stayed one night with our puppy! We had to cut it short a night but due to family things I had to get back home. We got some dirt on a white blanket & especially due to it being white, I threw it in the washer. After, we twisted & squeezed it out outside then put it in the dryer. We shortly realized the dryer had no heat. I had to run so I hung it across the dining chairs to dry with a fan pointed on them. I messaged & told him after calling the number he asked me to. I got no answer until a few hrs later which was fine because he was trying his best to be accommodating & apologetic. He mentioned getting the dryer fixed/ replacing for future guests! IF you bring a dog, the house has a fence around it. If it is a small dog like ours (approx. 13#) be prepared to keep them completely supervised outside or on a teather as the drive gate & walk through gate has gaps mine could squeeze through if she tried. I put the rolling trash can in front of the drivegate. It worked!

Relatively new construction, rural setting and quiet. Bed was extra comfortable. Amazing shower! Thanks Lori!

Second time to stay here. Love the peacefulness, serenity, and security. Used the Merlin bird app while sitting on the porch and walking the trails and it identified a large number of different types of birds. Visited Daingerfield State Park, Caddo Lake State Park and Wildlife Refuge plus the Veteran’s Memorial and Eiffel Tower in Paris. All are easy drives from the house. After leaving, also visited Busy B Ranch Wildlife Park in Jefferson. Always enjoy driving the scenic back roads in the area. Looking forward to coming back.

Patricia and her mother were the consummate hosts. I had business in town at the courthouse and Patricia and her mother made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. I would not hesitate to come back if I ever needed to return to Linden. The backyard is very large, has a pool with a fountain, and towering pine trees on three sides. I enjoyed spending time in this part of the State and Patricia and her mother really made me feel at home.

Benjamin’s place was great for me and my baby. It was very peaceful at his bnb. There was an issue that came up but he handled it right away and was very communicative with me throughout my stay. We would stay here again if we come to town to visit.

Wow!!! Joe’s place in the beautiful countryside was perfect for our family gathering! My kids were so excited to open the pool for the season and the adults enjoyed the serenity of the hot tub! Our two Labradors loved relaxing and exploring Joe’s secure acreage! Joe even welcomed our pups as if they were his own! We all got to stay together and Joe helped us with making memories to include special birthday celebrations! Full kitchen and grill for cooking! We slept great! Joe thought of everything and was extremely responsive to our needs! Thank you for a truly remarkable experience as we traveled back home to Colorado!

The host went way beyond what I have seen in the past to make sure anything we might need was available. The toy stash was so helpful!! The pool was clean, there were noodles and floats. Enjoyed it very much. Quiet neighborhood too. Perfect stay!!

Was in town for our son’s graduation and it was a great place for our family to relax for the weekend.

Fun AND relaxing getaway all in one! The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable! Host was so friendly and accommodating- above and beyond! Even though the space is on shared property, it still felt private and comfortable. Would absolutely go back!
