Sure, here's a casual and close assessment: ⸻ ¡Stay of 10! From the first moment, the host was super friendly: he let us in before the scheduled time, showed us the apartment in detail and even left us some welcome croissants that we loved. The house is very comfortable, but certainly our favorite part was the terrace, perfect for relaxing. The area is very quiet, ideal for disconnecting, and in just 15 minutes you are in the heart of Mérida. In addition, the restaurant recommendations were a total success, we tried several and all great! If we return to Merida, we repeat without thinking.

We spent a week at José Luis' apartment, and we felt right at home. It is an extremely comfortable and convenient place to stay. With everything you need for a pleasant stay. Just five minutes from the historic center of Cáceres, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was easy to find parking on the same street or nearby. Communication with José Luis has been very fluid at all times, with very useful local recommendations. We used the accommodation as a base to explore Extremadura, and we think it was a great success. If we return to Extremadura, we will try to book this apartment again. We definitely recommend it.

Super awesome place! The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms of the Cathedral is gorgeous. Especially at night!! Lots of bars and food close by. Highly recommend staying here. Absolutely loved it.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and cared for down to the last detail. It also includes breakfast, which was a very convenient and welcome extra. Rebeca, the host, was helpful at all times, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely repeat if we come back in the area. It was one of the best apartments we've been to. The house is as charming as the owner, Vega (Jesus's mother), who helped us with everything and was very courteous. I loved Cloe, a little land turtle that walks around the garden. We had a great time. Everything was very clean and the house was tastefully decorated and very clean. We used the barbecue and pool the day we arrived, the weather was good and it's a luxury. We'll probably be back :) Thank you for everything, Vega.

Juan responded promptly and clearly every time I asked him for suggestions or clarifications. The apartment is conveniently located for the visit we had planned: close to the old town, a parking lot and no noise. It has everything we could need: cleanliness, comfortable mattresses and sofa, as well as bath products, cleaning and something for breakfast

It’s a very nice place. I would call it a large studio apartment. Very modern, has clothes washer. Merida is small and has lots of ruins within pretty easy walking distance. As you walk out the door, there is one straight ahead on the other side of the building. Francisco was very attentive and proactive with our communication. I decided to stay a third night.

The amphitrio was very friendly and very responsive. She gave us great recommendations where to go to eat. Everything was very good

Paki's place was perfect for our group, so close to Plaza Mayor but easy to find, with plenty of comfortable spaces to relax & a well equipped kitchen, & she provided extra homely touches as well. Absolutely loved your city, thanks for having us Paki.

A great place to stay and only a short drive from the incredible Monfragüe National Park. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed for three nights end of May and had an absolutely lovely time doing absolutely nothing. Slept for hours and hours and when not asleep sat in the beautiful little garden watching swallows swifts housemartins and vultures. The apartment had everything we needed. The pueblo has one small restaurant, no shop, no bar, a spectacular Moorish castle if you have the lungs and legs to climb up, and a great walk down to the river if you have any energy left over. excellent host! Very attentive and gave very good tips to know and where to eat nearby. Very responsive to messages. The house was very clean and central, very close to the main tourist attractions.

The apartment is spacious, clean, very quiet and about a 10-minute walk (at the pace of a 5-year-old child) from the old town. Excellent for spending a few days in Cáceres.

We attended Pepi and was super friendly and nice. We gave sheets, she asked us even if we preferred another apartment so that we were more comfortable. He brought us firewood and recommended places to see in Alburquerque, dinner and breakfast. Totally recommended to go for breakfast at Rodeo which is next door.

Entry in nighttime without hassle. The best churrería in the town and the best bakery a few meters from the apartment. Very clean stay, it has everything you need to spend a few days and feel like you are at home. Free parking area in the building's garage. Yes there is possibility we will repeat!!

The house is very nice, the only thing that does not appear in the photos is that the radiator tubes are on the walls, they have them covered with foam so that you do not hurt, but if you go with a baby who is starting to walk it is something to consider because it is easy to hit... otherwise everything is perfect
