House vacation rentals in Cà di Bazzone

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

We stayed at the property for a bachelor party with seven people for two nights and had an all-round successful time. The house is very spacious, clean and offers perfect conditions for relaxing with the large garden and the great pool. It was particularly nice to sit outside together in the evening. The mosquitoes mentioned in the other comments did not bother us so much and Francesco helped us with special scented candles that drove the mosquitoes away. Francesco is an excellent host: He was always available and responded very quickly to all our concerns. We felt completely comfortable – a clear recommendation!

Peace and quiet, kind and helpful host, 30 min from Bologna

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

Due to a very complicated move, I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and completely fenced, really made a difference The house is charming as well as the view that frames it, priceless waking up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence that I feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful break during which, at times, I was even able to regenerate myself I had some minor difficulties with the TV in the living room regarding channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the bedroom Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming property if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of relaxation and rest! Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and cordial, the location is very convenient for visiting Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Really charming

After needing a last minute place due to a previous hosts last minute cancellation, we were so glad we found this beautiful accommodation. It was such a refreshing change to have a Airbnb that felt like it was someone’s home that was loved. The host was super friendly and helped us with check in/check out, and had any questions we had answered about the surrounding area. Highly recommend

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful countryside and views. Property was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. The terrace was great to relax. Nice features like a Firestick, hairdryer, moka pot, were most welcome. Would stay again.

A cozy location just outside the city center

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (recent kitchen and living room equipment, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in exchanges on the application, reception with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt so that the check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night there. Thank you so much!

The stay at Francesca's home was great. Quiet location and the house was very comfortable. The bathroom was very pleasant and the shower was very nice (unfortunately, you also encounter cramped shower areas). Francesca was a fantastic host. In particular, a few more sentences about Francesca. What a lovely host. Upon arrival, a friendly welcome with homemade cookies, fruit and local liqueur. During the stay, super quick response to messages when I asked for local tips and upon departure there was a bottle of homemade olive oil ready to take with me. In short, hospitality at a high level.

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the amenities and we had a great time. Great location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

We had a great time in the center of a nice and quiet village with everything you need and where we ate a great pizza and excellent ice cream. If I pass by here again, I will definitely stop. I thank Diana for her hospitality.
