The cottage was such a nice place to stay. It was peaceful, a great area to walk (including 5 mins to the beach!), friendly neighbors, very clean house, nice fenced yard with a great screened in lanai and a patio. Every detail was thought out. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, linens, towels and in the garage everything you need (adults and kids) to head to the beach. The decor is beachy, cheerful and relaxing. Plenty of tvs (every room and on the lanai), great internet all so convenient. I would like to stay again sometime and highly recommend!

Had a great time in this beautiful home! Many restaurants, activities, sights to see close by! The only things that would make this home absolutely perfect would be on site pool and gym. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Home decor definitely elevated the stay! Would stay here again

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. We have a family of 6, 3 littles, 3 adults and this was the perfect sized place for us. We went to the beach in the mornings and the kids played in the pool in the afternoons. Would absolutely do it again!

I reached out to David when we were in a tough place trying to find a condo, and he was the answer to an unspoken prayer. Every year we travel to St. Augustine to honor our baby girl we lost at 32.5 weeks by celebrating her birthday and making new memories with our family at the beach. David has created an inviting space with this condo of his, that far exceeded our expectations. His screened in patio provided an extension to our memory making as our girls would safely sit out there for hours in the rocking chair taking it all in. It was also great to not have to bring the beach back into the condo and let things dry outside. His closet had all the clean linens we needed, and Grandma was able to be there for the birthday trip because of the living room sofa. The kitchen was pristine and had all the essentials for both cooking and serving. Even when you have an older unit, the love you put into it can make it stand out, and that’s exactly what David and his beautiful family has done.

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

This was our second time booking for a family vacation and it was exactly what we wanted!! Beautiful, quiet, peaceful, relaxing environment. The guys loved fishing off the dock. The pool was just what we wanted and the fountain was fixed while we were there thanks to our AMAZING host. Very roomy home and always clean and freshly stocked with towels and linens. If your thinking about staying here I would absolutely recommend doing so. Pet friendly, with a doggy door on the patio. Great place for a girls get away, bachelorette, guys weekend, or a family get away. Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. We will be back!!!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

We had a wonderful week stay at Tom's condo. The place was very clean, comfortable and well suited for a beach trip. We appreciated having access to beach equipment, a nicely outfitted kitchen for making meals, and the ability to do laundry during the week. We thought the Ocean Village Club complex was terrific and enjoyed both pools, as well as the excellent beach. As others have mentioned, this condo is at the back of the complex but we didn't mind the walk to the beach and there is also an option to drive and park closer to the beach access point. It was an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Super location, a stones throw to any food you could think of! There were bikes available for use which is always nice in St. Auggie, will be back!

The Salty Seashell was the perfect home base for our St. Augustine adventures with its proximity to so many attractions and restaurants. After busy days exploring downtown St. Augustine or Anastasia State Park we loved unwinding at the pool. The home is beautifully furnished and is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice to return to after the hustle and bustle of the day. Stephenie is a great host, very responsive and welcoming. We would highly recommend the Salty Seashell for your St. Augustine getaway as well.

Whitney was great! She was so helpful, prompt, and courteous. She quickly answered every question I had and was very patient with me. The home was within just a few miles from many restaurants, putt putt, parks, etc. Downtown was also not far away at all, and we really enjoyed walking around the shops in downtown St. Augustine and picking up shells along the beach. The home was very cozy, clean and tidy. We would definitely stay there again when in St. Augustine. Thank you, Whitney!

-Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. -Loved the Florida decor. -The canal view was very peaceful. -Really enjoyed watching all the birds on the feeder. -The white lights around porch and on the palms were beautiful and relaxing. -Very informative book of local sights and restaurants. -Home stocked with everything you need, including a great pod selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. -Snack basket was a wonderful touch, including everything to make s’mores. -Michele and Kelly were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to messages. -I loved staying there so much, I didn’t want to leave.

I rented All Decked Out for a family vacation with six adults and five kids (6, 4, 2, 11 months old). The home fit us very comfortably, had beautiful views, and the direct access to the beach was a huge highlight, especially having little kids. The beds were very comfortable and having two living room spaces was a nice feature if we needed to contain the little ones. It was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go (e.g. The alligator farm, grocery store, downtown area, restaurants in the area.). Some extremely minor comments: If I had to point out a con, there were only 3 beach chairs which isn’t really enough for a house that sleeps 10-12 people and the beach umbrellas were small. If an amenity could be added, I would also suggest a baby gate for families with small children. That being said, it was hard to find anything wrong with this wonderful house and we would certainly stay again!

Kayla’s place is exactly as described. We had a great time, the beach was walking distance, local restaurants and pier nearby for fishing. Old St. Augustine is down the street for relaxation and sightseeing. Would return for a repeat!!

We had an incredible stay at this home in St Augustine! Johanna was an excellent host who communicated everything so timely and even offered us early check-in, which was a nice surprise. Once you enter the home, you can tell how much thought went into everything. It's a perfect place for families and very toddler-friendly with tons of toys for the little ones to play with. Most of all, the house is really beautiful and clean, and it's very well priced for how much space you get. It worked out so well for our annual family trip. Thanks to Johanna for making it amazing! Would highly recommend.

Great host and awesome house. Top floor is one large open space/kitchen with a balcony. View is just trees, but it's private and you're in the shade since it faces east. Overall the space was awesome. They are stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, knee board, etc. Kitchen is well equipped and has large pantry so you can store a ton of food and there's a good amount of plates for guests, etc. The open space really is nice. The hot tub is really large, but it's sort of off the back, kind of inconvenient but what you see in the pics is very accurate. The cover requires a couple people to get on/off. Only 1 thing to know is that there is no elevator. It's a long hike up three floors with groceries. Not a big negative, but something to consider. The house is well equipped - TV's in all the rooms, large fridge, etc. My only gripe is the BBQ was rough. Worked, but barely. It's just old and a little beat up, but if that's the only thing, I'm ok with it.

Robin was very attentive and responsive. She allowed us to check in early due to an early flight, which was great! The house was adorably decorated, extremely clean and felt right at home!

We had a great experience during our stay! The location could not have been better; just a short walk to the beautiful beach.
