De villa is prachtig, erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hoogwaardige materialen buiten en in de keuken, erg prettig. Het zwembad is heerlijk met warme temperaturen. Een huurauto is nodig om zo de omgeving te verkennen. Pula op een halfuur rijden, net zoals Rovinj. Het dorpje Bale in de buurt is authentiek en daarom erg leuk. De slaapkamers hebben allen een eigen badkamer, ook heel schoon en netjes. Genoeg handdoeken en kastruimte. De bedden liggen erg fijn. De communicatie ging soepel. Anton reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Een aanrader voor als je lekker wil ontspannen in de rust :)

Wir hatten uns schon beim buchen in das Haus verliebt und das schürt natürlich Erwartungen. Das diese dann noch übertroffen wurden als wir es in Live gesehen haben war wirklich schön. Die beiden haben da ein tolles, voll durchdachtes und bestens ausgestattetes Feriendomizil erschaffen. Dieses ist geeignet einen wundervollen und in unserem Fall entspannten Urlaub zu gestalten, den wir sehr genossen haben. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und durch Andrè pro aktiv so daß wir uns stets umsorgt fühlten. Kleine Gastgeschenke in Form von Lebensmitteln seien es Getränke, Kaffee oder Obst rundeten den super Eindruck ab. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen und kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus.

Příjemné a klidné ubytování za přijatelnou cenu. Majitelka je přátelská nemá problém s dětmi i když jsou trochu hluční. Všude je to autem cca 30 minut jízdy. Jediný problém je..že není signál na mobil ani WiFi . Musíte popojit kousek mimo objekt. Pokud se chcete dobře a v tichosti vyspat..nebo večer pogrilovat vřele doporučuji. Určitě bych se ubytovala znovu.

Wir waren insgesamt mit 6 Freunden in der wunderschönen Villa und sind rundum zufrieden! Man sollte dort schon mobil sein, aber uns war es auch wichtig etwas abgelegener zu sein und auch mal etwas lauter sein zu können. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und entgegenkommend, sie hat immer schnell auf diverse Fragen geantwortet. Der Pool ist viel größer als wir erwartet hatten und wir können uns über nichts beklagen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt waren wir 5 Personen mit 2 Babys und das Haus war ausreichend groß. Alles war wie beschrieben und entsprach den Bildern. Auch der Außenbereich war großzügig und der Pool sehr schön. Leider konnten wir diesen kaum nutzen, weil er nicht beheizt war, wir waren jedoch auch Ende April dort, wodurch er wahrscheinlich noch nicht warm genug war. Das Haus befindet sich etwas außerhalb größerer Städte, weshalb ein Auto auf jeden Fall notwendig ist. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf unsere Fragen wurde stets schnell reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

We had an amazing stay and the villa was fantastic. It was exactly like the pictures, well maintained with lots of space inside and especially out. Very private and peacefully located and felt like it was off the beaten track yet within 30mins drive of beautiful towns like Rovinj and Fazana and 15mins to supermarkets etc.
