Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Wattenmeer mit dem Langwarder Groden, Fischkutter in Fedderwardersiel beobachten und danach entspannt ihr in der Infrarotsauna. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 mit Boxspringbett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Für E-Autos gibt es eine Wallbox. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder oder auch Auflademöglichkeit findet ihr in der Scheune.

Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of our own home. You have your own entrance via a separate external staircase. A parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, just the way we like it. Except for our very cozy kitchen chairs (!), everything is new! No old children's room furniture, old mattresses or anything like that... You have free Wi-Fi and in each room a TV, some with Blu-ray players. You will find a few books, games

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.
