Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Bussy-Saint-Martin

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We have loved our stay the house was secure in a very peaceful location. Lovely and clean and very relaxing. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to relax after a busy day in Paris or at Disney. Patrica was soo lovely and kind and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and flexible with check in and out to accommodate our needs couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you everything

Wir habe Ende April 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht (2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 kleinen Kindern). Vor der Ankunft hatten wir noch einige Fragen; das ganze Team hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns super unterstützt. Auch mit der PassPass App. Damit konnten wir eine etwas frühere Ankuft buchen und bekamen alle Infos (wie die Ablage des Schlüssels etc.) Von der Lage her ist das Haus ideal für den Besuch von Disneyland (15 Min mit dem Auto) und um nach Paris zu fahren (30 Min mit dem Zug). Das einzige Manko für uns...das Haus war etwas hellhörig und es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Ansonsten sind wir vollstens zufrieden und würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, čisté a krásné. Klidně prostředí s moc krásnou zahradou a venkovním sezení . Ubytovaní je ve skvěle dojezdové vzdálenosti jak směrem Disneyland, tak také k Paříži . Hostitele jsou velice milý a ochotni lidé . Naší rodině umožnili brzký ranní check-in , přesto ze je standardní od 16:00. Toto ubytování velice doporučujeme !!!

Le lieu correspond parfaitement aux photos : il est spacieux, calme et facilement accessible, que ce soit en transports en commun ou en voiture. Il est également sécurisé grâce à un digicode, avec en plus une place de parking privative protégée par un portail électrique.

J’ai passé une nuit dans le studio de Aurélie et je n’ai rien à redire. Logement impeccable, bien insonorisé, confortable et très bien agencé. L’hôte est à disposition pour tout renseignement et est très agréable. Merci encore!

The place is very well located, really near the train station which is really helpful if you are looking for some place to stay near Disneyland. The mattresses are in good conditions amd the house is very clean which is exactly what we needed. There are games and puppets for the kids which is a good extra. Nakry and his son were very kind and helpful with the check in. We stayed 2 times and the experience was really good in both of them

Bedankt voor de ontvangst. Er mooi appartement met complete inrichting. Host reageert heel snel op vragen. Helaas geen parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. Ik dacht dit wel opgemaakt te hebben uit de advertentie. Parkeren op straat is gratis, maar soms wel verder lopen.

Raphael's place is a gem!!! Extremely clean, modern facilities and quiet. Easy to find , close to the supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Close to the metro and it is two stops from disney, you can come back to the apartment rest and go back for the firework show if need be. Raphael is helpful answers quickly as well. I will definately recommend to friends and family!!!!

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had great experience! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped. The location was ideal - close to public transports and surrounded by many great restaurants and charming bakeries for fresh pastries every morning. Alex was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Ferey and his wife were absolutely great. They were friendly, kind and ready if you needed them, but gave you space if not. 5/5 hosts. The place is a gem and we are grateful to have stayed. Nous avons réservé le studio dans le cadre d’un week-end à Disneyland, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Situé à 15 minutes en voiture, il y a également la possibilité de s’y rendre en transport donc très pratique. De nombreux commerces autour du studio ainsi que la place de parking rende le séjour très confortable. L’appartement était très propre et propose tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin 👍

Die Unterkunft von Julian ist Sehr empfehlenswert. Diese liegt zwar etwas weit von Paris entfernt aber mit der Regionalbahn ist man schnell da. Wir hatten da einen schönen Aufenthalt und würde diese bei der nächsten Gelegenheit noch einmal buchen. Merci Julien!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le logement correspond aux photos, et il est très bien décoré. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit jardin à cause des températures un peu froide pour nous. La localisation est idéale pour se rendre à Disney, nous recommanderons à nos proches.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Paris Trip. Genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Eigener Parkplatz durch ein Tor gesichert. Der Rer A in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dem Navigo Tagesticket günstig und schnell nach Paris oder Disneyland. Bäckerei ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Anthony ist ein super Gastgeber, hat schnell und unkompliziert reagiert. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Thank you for such an excellent stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, and has everything you need. The toys for the kids are an added bonus. Lucie was always quick to respond and offered local suggestions for places to eat and clear instructions regarding check in and parking. For anyone wanting a stay that’s close to Disneyland this is perfect, as it is right next door to the metro station. Overall a 5 star stay.

Die Lage ist für Disneyland super für die Innenstadt Paris auch ganz passabel circa 1,5 Stunden bei stärken Verkehr

O apartamento do MINH é PERFEITO. Espaço amplo, quartos arejados, sala ampla, ótimo banheiro e uma linda varandinha. A localização é sensacional, perto de mercado, farmácia, padaria e, principalmente, da estação de trem. Ficamos a duas estação de trem da Disneyland Paris. Super fácil e rápido de chegar. O apartamento é uma graça. As roupas de cama impecáveis. Tinha tudo que precisamos: wi-fi, cafeteira, ferro, lava louças, secador... Eu e minha família adoramos a estadia. Com certeza voltarei e super indico. Nesta estação de trem, pegamos trem direto para Paris. Então, é uma ótima opção p quem vai a Paris também. Nota 1000.
