Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. The cabin is located right on a lake with swimming and fishing opportunities. You have panoramic views of the water and Gaustatoppen from the living room. The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell Winterland. Very 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country skiing trails. The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

From hide to cottage at the top of the Nordmark map

Cabin on one level at Lunner, Hadeland. Remodeled from old wagon shed, in cozy farmyard. Parking on the site. Hiking terrain and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity (ski slopes into Nordmarka, or drive 10 min to Mylla)- Includes living/dining room, new IKEA kitchen (with induction oven, oven, fridge/freezer), bathroom with incineration toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

Eel hut constructed in 2017 in Øygarden hut field. There is a small hut area with good distance between the huts and you have great hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cabin has 3 bedrooms. There is room for 7, but is best suited for couples or families with children. There is a personal touch on the cabin as it is often used by us as well, so there will be basic items in the kitchen cabinets and there may be items in the refrigerator with durability. Use whatever you need during your stay.
