Inkludert: Sengetøy, håndklær, elektrisitet og utvask. Lita hytte beliggende på en gård med fantastisk utsikt over innsjøen Totak og fjellene. Vi bor selv i ett av husa på gården. Et annet hus har to leiligheter som leies ut på AIRBNB.(«Rofshus» og «Rofshus 2») På sommeren er det tilgang til bord, stoler og grill utendørs. Rauland har 140 km oppkjørte skiløyper, 5 min unna med bil. 10 min til skisentra. 5 min med bil til Rauland sentrum med butikker og elbil-lader. Flott turterreng sommer/høst.

Et nydelig sommersted med egen strandlinje, privat brygge, rolig og pent. Utsikt til skjærgården og Oslo. Flere strender i nærheten, og vakre omgivelser. Alle fasiliteter. Det følger med en liten robåt, og kajakk, samt sup-brett. Også mulig med liten motorbåt, men dette må avtales separat. Dusj og vaskemaskin er nyrenovert i kjeller-etasje. Our country house is easy to reach by the main road to Bergen, only one hour from Oslo. It is easy to reach by buss, and only 70 km from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place because of the view, the location and outdoor area, with direct access to the river. The place is good for couples, you traveling alone and families (with children). canoes & boat included.Just an hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking

Small cabin by the lake. Perfect for a getaway from the modern world. Great for relaxing, hiking, fishing, mushrooms and berry picking and swimming. Guests can use the canoe at own risk. There are sheep grazing in the fields and a very special flower meadow. There is a outside seating area with a simple bbq. New bathroom with shower and toilet in the barn. Sauna can be rented for additional cost. Ps. there is no running water in the cabin, this is available few meters away, in the barn.

Fløyleiligheten til Det Røde Hus

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet.Det er mye sjarm i fløyleiligheten til det Røde Hus . Det Røde Hus på KJV er det eldste bolighuset i Horten og var hovedhuset på Horten Gård . Eiendommen ligger på idylliske Karljohansvern bare 150 meter fra stranden og Oslofjorden. Det er stille her , selvom sentrum bare er 1 km unna. Karljohansvern har en rekke museer og kunstneratelierer. Det er flott å gå tur rett fra eiendommen. I det hele tatt et svært vakkert område.

Quiet place by quiet river. Boat, WiFi

Nice, private and quiet. Sunny. Sandy beach a few meters from the hut. The beach is not private, but very few people use it, normally you are alone. The place and the surroundings are good for bathing, fishing, boat trips, walking and bicycling. Nice for children. Big trampoline and lots of toys. The hut is good equipped. There are no running water, and a out-house. Fireplace in- and outside. Boat with small motor and kayak. . Free wifi. Cats and dogs are welcome.

Close this cozy cottage for your holliday and you’ll get a fantastic wiev of the lake Randsfjorden. You’ll also get accsess to borrow a kayak and boat. From the cabin to the private beach it’s ca 6-700 m. You can walk or go by car and park at the road or at the beach. You can also go for a swim on the other side of the road below the cabin. The yellow kayak is at the farm). Minimum reservation October-April = one week. Rest = min two nights.

Eller sluttrengjøring kan avtales og overlates til oss mot ekstra kostnad kr 600,- og sengetøy/håndklær leies kr 125,- pr person.
