Cozy apartment with parking in a downtown neighborhood

Well-designed, small accommodation with a location close to the city center and views of the city. It is 1.2 km (about 16 minutes) to walk from/to Jernbanen. It is a 1.7 km (about 23 min) walk to USN. Bus stop is just below the apartment. There are two bus lines that both go to Drammen Sentrum. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The field with hiking opportunities, swimming area in the summer and ski slopes in the winter is not far away. Trains to Oslo run several times an hour and take about 40 minutes to Oslo Central Station.

It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. A mountain biking paradise (trails, pump tracks, downhill mountain biking are close). The apartment is simple; it has its own entrance, two bedrooms, bathroom, a patio, full kitchen and floor heating throughout the apartment. There is parking for one car on the property. We speak Norwegian, English and Dutch.

The apartment is located in an annex next to the pottery workshop of Rigmor Husøy. The houses that are newly renovated are from 1750 and are centrally located in Old Town Kongsberg. Very close to facilities such as food shops, cafe´s, culture park, ski, silver mines and shopping. 5 minutes walk to the bus that runs directly to Kongsberg Ski resort. A quiet and family friendly area. We have a dog and a cat. We live in the main house and rent out the annex.
