I had the most wonderful stay at Leo's place. The house itself was spotless and had all of the necessary cooking equipment/utensils, bedding, linen, toiletries and some absolutely lovely little gifts. It's very clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into ensuring everyone has a lovely stay here. Lots of books and recommendations for places to walk and restaurants to visit etc. Leo and his wife were also very helpful when providing recommendations for places to walk/practice yoga/go hiking - not to mention how peaceful and beautiful the surroundings are. A hidden gem in the Lake Districts for sure - I will definitely be back.

A lovely loft - perfect and just what we needed for our 2 day mini-break. The loft was much bigger than we anticipated so that was a lovely surprise. The little touches were great too - fresh towels, milk, butter, instructions for the hot tub, even some jigsaws for the rainy afternoon. Everything we needed. The outdoor space was so peaceful. Even though we were on the farm’s property, we felt right at home, comfortable and had the privacy we wanted. The neighbours were adorable - cows and their calves! The outdoor space was secure for our two dogs. Plenty of room for them to stretch their legs and play on the grass. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful studio, great amenities and well-stocked breakfast items in the room, available at any time. Plenty of useful products in the bathroom (makeup wipes, cotton pads, aftersun, etc). Plenty of pillows of different firmness, lots of blankets, some board games available in the room, great for a night in. <10min walk from the station and high street. Very pleased overall, would recommend!
