Spacious, 3 bedroom lower duplex unit located in the beautiful and safe Fulton neighborhood. Just 2 blocks to Lake Harriet, with it's walking paths and historic bandshell. From a guest: "I come and stay in Minneapolis once a month and this is the most at-home and comfortable I have felt anywhere. Would totally recommend it. Rustic Refuge

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
