Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Shipston on Stour lies in the northern Cotsworld region with many picturesque towns, villages & landscapes to visit nearby. In addition, the town is well located for historic Stratford upon Avon.

A Granary surrounded by 180 acres of grass

Our Granary has been sympathetically and lovingly converted from an old grain store into a comfortable homely studio for your stay. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.
