Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Nature in the City (F2 40 m2 Gastronomic City)

Our apartment is located along the water, close to the historic center and the train station (less than 10 min walk). Ideal for discovering the historic center of Dijon and the surrounding nature (walks, jogging, hiking, cycling) Tram 300m away South facing garden, quiet and light are at the rendezvous. On the street, greengrocer, butcher, bakery, supermarket are in succession for your convenience. If you have a car, free parking is available for you. I look forward to hosting you

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
