Nathalie was extremely accommodating and a very good host. The location is fantastically quiet and it is perfect for a romantic holiday for two. We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely gorgeous property, nestled in its own woodland. The garden was carpeted in bluebells during our mid-April stay. A wonderful sanctuary.

Easy to access, very nice welcome, the accommodation corresponded well to the description, even with an 11-month-old baby, the necessary equipment for baby is provided on request, the jacuzzi is very nice for relaxing. The recreation area with the beach and its many activities are just a stone's throw away. Quiet and relaxing setting, available and very welcoming host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

We had a great weekend in Bruno and Laurence's beautiful home. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts who were always available and very responsive. In addition, we were able to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the shaded terrace, as well as the fruits and vegetables to be enjoyed directly on site. Our dog also really enjoyed the place. We'll definitely be back.

We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and enchanting stay and felt completely at home. The house, spacious garden, and pool were all beautifully presented. It’s a perfect oasis to relax and unwind. We were very well hosted by Ruth. Photos of this listing were an exact match. The cottage is really quiet! If 5 cars passed during our 3-day stay, that's a lot! It's a change of scenery. The hosts will be happy to show you their animals (goats, horses, cows, etc.) In short, we had a great time at the farm :)

A big thank you to Florence and Denis for the exceptional quality of their hospitality; we were a group of 4 people, everyone found their place in this very nice house. We were captivated by the estate, its trees, its stream, the small waterfalls, it is an enchanting and rare place. We can't wait to go back to explore the surroundings, rediscover the tranquility of the place, the coziness of the house and the kindness of the hosts.

Beautiful ‘gite’ next to the owner’s home. The pictures reflected the actual property so no unpleasant surprises! The owners were private and accessible when needed. The location of the home is very quiet in a small village so great for disconnecting, walking or biking and close to champgne and cremant houses! Would recommend - ideally for a family with small children or a couple as it’s less designed for 4 adults.

Loved so much our stay, starting with knowledgeable, amicable, responsive and effective host Erick, who made our stay trouble free while helping hugely with local advise re all things in Burgundy. The house is in top shape, fully renovated with modern design and large open spaces, yet preserving old charm, with great appliances, super clean, and frankly overall pretty luxurious (Erick, you're modest in descriptions, lots of things here to brag about!) Sizable backyard plus another property piece that stretches up to the stream. Excellent walking on picturesque streets on the village, and fantastic scenic rides around. A paradise for culture, nature, and history lovers like us, convenient for our visits to Avalon, Vezelay and Auxerre plus countless old villages and eglises that Erick advised to see. Would love to be back and highly recommend! Heartful thanks for all your help, Erick!

We had a great time at Ann and David's. They are very friendly hosts and give good tips to ensure that their tenants' stay goes smoothly. The accommodation is charming, very clean, absolutely quiet and well located for visiting the area on foot, by bicycle or by car. We will be happy to return to stay there.

We had a lovely stay at Isabelle's, it was the second time for us. The cottage is really fantastic and equipped with every comfort. It is in a great location, the pool, the pentang and tennis court are a valuable addition. The castle garden is spacious, well maintained and brings an oasis of peace. If you want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Sancerre and then relax and enjoy, then Isabelle's cottage is the perfect choice!

Great stay with friends in Martine's beautiful home! The days were punctuated by rest, relaxation by the pool and discoveries of the cities and estates of Burgundy. Martine is very friendly, welcoming and always available. We felt right at home!

We had a fantastic stay with Olivier. Unfortunately, we could only stay a few days but we will definitely be back and anyone looking for an idyllic, quiet, charming and perfectly in order cottage on the water can recommend this delicious maisonke. Rogier is the perfect host, the welcome was very warm and the communication went very well, despite our not too best knowledge of the French language. In short, absolutely recommended!
