In the land of the 4 lakes, the "Mon p'tit Bonheur" house, located on the shores of Lake CHARMES, offers you a peaceful stay for the whole family. You will be seduced by its natural setting, and its view. 150 m away, beach, water sports center (pedal boat, paddle, etc.), snack bar and play area are available. Opposite the house, a trail allows you to go around the lake (5 km) which is very popular with walkers/joggers. 10 min: Visit LANGRES (fortified city)/Lac de la Liez, offering many activities (Lake Park, etc.)

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Discover our beautiful city of Dijon by staying in the center of all the places to visit: 10 min walk to the train station, 15 min to the city center, 5 min to the gastronomic city, at the foot of the canal and its pretty promenade and 20 min to Lake Kir. At the foot of the apartment you will find all amenities: pharmacy, grocery store, bus stop, tram stop, paid parking spaces.

Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
