The house is a renovated monument with old beams and sometimes a little creaking wooden floor on the upper floor.

Many attractive destinations such as the Schwarzach Gorge are a few minutes away. Whether for a business trip or vacation, everyone will find the perfect base for their stay in the region.

1 Zimmer 20 m2 Souterrain Apartment

Central, small basement apartment with separate entrance. 120 x 200 bed, suitable for one (1) person only. Self check-in via a lockbox (code on the day of arrival) Netflix and DAZN are available. The accommodation has a very weak internet connection, so it is not suitable for working from home. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen. In addition, the bathroom was recently renovated and has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bed linens, shower towel and hand towel are provided.

Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Apartment in a separate outbuilding

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

Beautiful new tiny house in a pretty garden. Conveniently located between Nuremberg and Neumarkt OPf with S-Bahn access to both cities. Train station is within easy walking distance. The garden is part of the detached house we live in. The garden is shared. However, the terrace in front of the tiny house is for guests' use only. On the other side of the garden is our terrace.
