A garden with terrace is provided. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Nearby are beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Schoorl's mountain bike course is 5 km away. Cities in the near area are Schagen and Alkmaar. In short, a holiday destination with plenty of possibilities.

Between Westfriesche enringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. In the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The surroundings are wonderful. Breakfast service is not provided. However, there is a fridge, combination microwave and 2 burner induction hob provided. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Cozy house in the small coastal village of Petten within walking distance of the beach (600 m), forest, and dunes. There are beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. The supermarket on the square is a 2-minute walk. There are also a few nice restaurants. The house is attached to our own home, we live in the rear part. We have 2 dogs that may greet you enthusiastically (from behind a fence). There are charging stations (11KW) in the street.

Our vacation home "2nd home" is the largest in the park "de Watersnip." It is located in the coastal town of Petten near the beach & is nestled in the typical Dutch landscape. A small shell path leads to our special retreat, which offers some amenities. The park in which our house is located also has many leisure activities (pool, etc.) that are available to our guests. If you have any questions, please ask at the reception.

The place was super clean and cozy. The contact with Joyca was very nice and if we had any questions we immediately received helpful answers. The kitchen is well equipped. There was nothing missing. We were 5 people in the house and would come back anytime.

Lovely location, nice house! Clean and tidy. Private location due to the many trees. Lots of flowers in the garden. Great to stay with small children, toy box, books, slide, plates/cups for children, everything available! Good and fast communication with Sarah Michelle. We had groceries for 3 days, unfortunately the fridge was small so we couldn't store everything. Tip is therefore not to bring too many refrigerated groceries to the cottage. We had wonderful relaxing days, thank you!

We had a great stay in the little dune. House is very small, but cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The holiday settlement was quiet, by car you could quickly reach many beautiful places and especially the sea. Both us and our dog felt very comfortable overall. The contact with Mirja was very straightforward and kind.

We spent four very wonderful days in the nice apartment. Margreet welcomed us very warmly and was always accessible for questions. Our problem with the lamps was resolved immediately and the communication in advance was also excellent. The apartment offers everything you need, is fantastically quiet and ideal for cycling tours. We were able to store our wheels in a shed to keep them dry. The sunsets in front of the large window are a dream. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the apartment! Thanks for a nice time!

We thank you very much for a wonderful family vacation in the cozy apartment overlooking the fields. The hosts welcomed us warmly, despite the delay due to the heavy traffic. The apartment is really well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The washer and dryer were also super helpful. On rainy days, the children were delighted by small surprises from Elly. The cat and the trampoline were also highlights for the children in addition to the extraordinary closet bed. The garden is very well maintained and the location was perfect for us. Close to nature, quiet and with seating in front of the house. For families, we recommend a trip to Den Helder to the rescue museum, with the bikes you can ride beautifully through the dunes and the forest in Schoorl. The beaches are beautiful, empty and with great places to stop. We love the area and recommend traveling outside the Dutch holidays
