The kitchen and bathroom (with shower) have been completely renovated. The bungalow is 60 m2 and has a very spacious garden. Your dog is also welcome. 100 meters from the park is the small but beautiful nature reserve Wildrijk, which is known for the thousands of wild hyacinths that bloom there in April/May. The blooming tulip fields also color the wide surroundings. The parking lot is located at the beginning of the park. The park itself is car-free. In the parking lot, there are luggage carts to transport your belongings to the cottage. Sint Maartensvlotbrug is located on the North Holland coast between Callantsoog and Petten. It is a very good cycling and hiking area. The Schoorlse dunes are 10 kilometers to the south and Den Helder 20 kilometers to the north. In the dunes between Sint Maartenszee and Callantsoog is the special Zwanenwater with its spoonbills. The bicycles that are there can be used. In Sint Maartensvlotbrug, there is a Spar and in Callantsoog an AH that is open 7 days a week until 10 p.m. In Sint Maartenszee, there is a laundromat if needed. Every Monday morning, there is a cozy flea market in the parking lot at playground De Goudvis. In the summer months, there is always a flea market somewhere on Saturday and Sunday.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

Between Westfriesche omringdijk and Zee is the small rural village of Burgerbrug. At the back of the barn is a cozy apartment where you can relax wonderfully. The area is beautiful. There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles!
