On the upper floor there is a large wellness bathroom .You relax in the cozy bedroom with a great box spring bed (180 cm). Another room with a sofa bed (140 cm) / a futon bed 140 cm and a small writing/makeup table is right next to it.

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Cozy small studio apartment on the top floor with its own Toilet/shower. Two beds, as well as an extra bed and a sofa bed (130 x 200). Access via staircase MFH / self check-in. Parking available right in front of the house. Siebentischwald / Eiskanal / Zoo / Botanical Garden within walking distance; city center about 2 km away (by bus: 5 min walk to the stop line 32; about 10 min drive to Moritzplatz). Other amenities: small fridge and kettle. Dogs are welcome.

Angrenzend zum Haus ist von 5 Minuten 2 Spielplätze für Kinder.  Die A8 ist innerhalb von 5, Legoland Günzburg in 15, Skylinepark in 45 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

Dieses neu renovierte Haus, befindet sich mitten im zentral gelegenen Stadtpark und besticht durch dessen Innenstadtlage und einen rund 34.000 Quadratmeter großen Park, direkt vor der eigenen Haustüre. Lass dich begeistern vom direkten Blick ins Grüne! Die kurzen Spazierwege mitten in die Innenstadt sowie die Fußgängerzone lassen Herzen ebenfalls höher schlagen.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.
