This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The flat is located in a newly built solid wood house close to Legoland - just 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. Additionally, the apartment is within walking distance to the charming old town of Günzburg. In the surrounding area, beautiful hiking trails and the Günz river await exploration. The apartment has its own entrance and a terrace. As residents of the house, we are always available for questions and are happy to share tips about the area.

The apartment (53 sqm) is located in the basement of our house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and a separate bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room (width approx. 1.30 m; it is a bit tight for two adults, but it is sufficient for one adult and a child or for 2 children) A staircase leads to the apartment, and you can sit comfortably in the atrium and have a barbecue...

Our fully equipped apartment offers plenty of space to feel good on 100 square meters. The highlight is the terrace with lounge furniture and access to your own garden – ideal for sunbathing or playing. Suitable for up to 6 people. Quiet location, just 10 minutes from Legoland. Burgau with shops and restaurants is 2 km close. The surroundings are perfect for walks and bike rides – ideal for a relaxing and varied vacation.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.

Our house is quietly yet centrally located. The nearest supermarket and bakery are within a 5-minute walk. In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
