Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Burgas

Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.

It was a very comfortable and cozy house in a very nice location. Everywhere, all the rooms were clean. The host was also extremely friendly. It was a stay where we were satisfied with everything.

Daniel is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is complete with all the equipment to make you feel at home. There is a locked parking lot in front of the apartment. I was able to use his wonderful grill. I will definitely come back next time I visit Burgas

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Great stay in Sozopol. The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach. The sea views are fantastic.

Hi, We remember the stay very fondly. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children. We were very nicely greeted by Gergana's nice parents. They took care of our well-being and provided us with all the help on the spot. We were treated to a traditional Bulgarian dish, Banica, prepared by the hosts. We also got a jar of fig jam. Everything was delicious. Gergana's mom even brought us traditional white cheese from Burgas. As for the neighborhood, it is a very quiet place. Perfect for relaxing. We walked to the beautiful beach in 10 minutes. There were very few people on the beach, but the food outlets, as for the time before the season, were already open. It is worth having a car to be able to visit nearby towns, Sozopol, Nesbar and others. We are very grateful for everything and we will definitely want to come back to this place. A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Stunning sea view, best in Tzarevo. Peaceful place with walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Super clean and nice for couples or even families . We had a great time with two children. The host was very nice and responsive. Winter on the coast is best for a relaxing vacation.

Aleksandar's apartment is perfect! Clean and very spacious, we had everything we needed. We were welcomed by Aleksandar's mother who is very kind and nice person. There was a nice wine bottle, fruits and mineral water prepared for us. The apartment is very centrally located, close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I fully recommend Aleksandar's place.

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

I had a wonderful stay at Liza’s apartment. The place is cozy, clean, and well-equipped — it truly feels like a home The location is excellent, just a short walk to the sea, supermarket, and restaurants

it is a little smaller than I imagined from the photos , it is a relatively new building , nice balcony I was not able to fully validate the additional charges relating to water and hydro .

Best view with a lot of sea sounds and air. Good apartment just next to the beach. Clean and tidy. We did not miss anything. Easy parking, easy to go out and in by foot, car or bike. Will visit again! We are already friends with Chantal, she is so interesting,smart and of course friendly. Overall place was even better then we expected.

Amazing place for one big family or a group of 5 or 6 people! The atmosphere in the garden is perfect. The pool and the barbecue are making it peaceful. The location is great!

The apartment was just as described. It is very close to a swimming pool and a good Italian restaurant. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for self catering. We would stay there again.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!

Great studio in a lovely location. It's spacious, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Fast internet which was important to me because I work from home. Although my stay was outside of the high summer season I was pleasantly surprised. The complex is an ideal place for walking and relaxing. Extremely easy communication with Silvia, who gave me helpful guidance on places and restaurants to visit around Sozopol. I recommend!

Svet was an amazing host. He is super responsive and responsible. We had an issue with the air conditioning units and he had them replaced within a day! I would stay at his place again. Thank you!
