Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

Apartment on Lake Schwielochsee with private jetty

Our cozy vacation apartment for two people is located in an ecologically built residential building in the small village of Möllen. In addition to an approx. 25 square meter room, it has a separate entrance, with hallway and shower room and a small cooking facility. From the apartment you have a beautiful view of Lake Schwielochsee. In the large garden there is a separate cozy sitting area & sun lounger and the jetty at the natural lake invites you to fish, sunbathe and romantic sunsets.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The high-quality and tastefully furnished apartment in Rummelsburg is also quiet, central and conveniently located. It has 2 bright bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which can be combined with double beds, a modern bathroom and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Free parking is always easy to find. For toddlers there is a high chair and a travel cot (please bring blankets and pillows for this).

You are most welcome and will find pure peace and relaxation in our lovingly furnished and fully equipped holiday home in nature. We are located on the border of Saxony in the Elbe-Elster Land, 12 minutes by car from the highway. A small house near the lake

Just leave the city behind. And relax a few days by the lake beach or grill in the garden. The lake is within walking distance - 200 meters. Here you can take the in-house stand-up paddle board out, fish or just picnic on the beach. And by bicycle you are right in the middle of the Spreewald.

The house with boat dock, boat and sauna is located in a quiet residential area of the city of Storkow directly at the lake, away from mass tourism. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, a complete kitchen with dishwasher and a living room with super lake view.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Adventure and deceleration are on the program. You sleep in linen bedding and watch the waves and stars from bed. Wake up to a fantastic sunrise 🌅 and feed the swans with oatmeal.
