Great place to stay, especially if going to universal studios! The house was clean and well maintained. It is also on a dead-end street so there was minimal traffic noise despite the location.

A estadia foi perfeita para minha família. Os eletrodomésticos da casa são muito bons e tecnológicos, as camas confortáveis, chuveiro bom, cozinha completa. O que mais nos encantou foi o quintal, minha filha amou brincar por lá... o Bairro é organizado e calmo. O carro precisa ficar estacionado na rua, e ficou tudo ok. Ter uma bakery pertinho foi ótimo também, fácil acesso a mercados e outras lojas a poucos minutos de carro. Existe um parque muito bom próximo a residência, não temos reclamações a fazer.. Adoramos tudo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alvin’s house. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Home is nicely laid out with three good sized bedrooms. Lovely beds and bedding. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Josephine's place was cozy and clean. the little backyard was a plus. the bed was very comfortable. easy to park on the street and neighborhood was quiet and safe. 5 minute drive to trade Joe was also convenient. I had a couple of questions which she responded promptly. Thank you

Perfect stay for our weekend in Hollywood. Walking distance to all of the clubs we wanted to go to, and So peaceful. The jacuzzi area was SO nice. We could have spent our whole trip out there just enjoying the view. We basically lived out there when we were “home”. Communication was perfect, making our checkin, and our stay, stress free. Would 100% stay again!

Nous souhaitons tout de même prévenir les futurs locataires que lors des grandes chaleurs La climatisation extérieure s’entend de la chambre . Cela peut gêner si vous êtes sensible pour dormir. Mais pour le reste nous recommandons grandement ce logement Merci à Kyla pour sa réactivité et ses instructions.

It was honestly so convenient to stay there, felt safe due to the fact that no one is able to get onto the place without a key fob. The place is exactly like shown in the pictures, and it is conveniently close to Ralph’s, Starbucks and a couple other places, the freeways are also very close. Overall a great stay :)

The hosts were lovely, and I would absolutely stay there again—likely will. I would recommend to friends and family. It is not only cost-effective but elevated in experience. The views are brilliant, the Internet speed is fast, and it is very quiet in the space.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

This place felt very safe and we were impressed with the cleansliness of the apartment. It was easy to check in and the host was very responsive. We especially appreciated the communications about street cleaning days. The couch and bed was comfy and we greatly appreciated the AC being on for us when we arrived. The bathroom felt very clean and the shower was lovely. All in all we loved this place and would highly recommend it!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Loved my stay here. Great location and everything was exactly like the pictures. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
