Ocean views and more!!! Martha greeted us and gave a quick tour. She's adorable, warm and so friendly❤️ She had the slider door open already so when we walked in the ocean breeze filled the room. I got chills with the accompanying view of the beach. The whole vacation was Paradise. Linda was so accommodating and helpful. Her communication was great and very responsive. I had everything I needed to cook and the pictures don't do the space justice.. We'll definitely be back!!!

5 stars! We had a great stay in Hollywood 🤩 literally walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame! We were even able to walk to In-N-Out and other local spots with no problem. Check-in was super easy, the house was clean and had everything we needed, and the host, Yadoya, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you want to be close to the action but still have a cozy, comfortable home base. Would definitely book again!

Great apartment, great host! Basics were provided (toilet paper, coffee, trash bags, laundry detergent, olive oil…) Only thing that would have been nice is to have a second key, as you need the key to go anywhere in the building. Wonderful apartment, practical, modern, and clean. Beautiful pool and gym. Easy parking ! Thanks.

Exactly as described. The flat was extremely clean and large. Pool was amazing.

Convenient location. Bright, clean and spacious apartment. Very fun rooftop pool/hot tub. Josh and Madison were promptly responsive to all our questions.

Nice spot, very clean, accurate pics. Very accommodating about check-in (thank you!) and very fast communication. FYI the hot tub didn't work when we were there - it's run by the building not by Arm and Di.

Wonderful AirBnB experience. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating even prior to the booking. The place itself has surpassed our expectations. There was literally everything that we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the cooking utensils and supplies, extra towels, all the toiletries, etc. The space was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed relaxing in a hot tub and swimming a few laps in a rooftop pool, which was never crowded. Finally, the building felt safe, and the neighborhood quite walkable, with a bunch of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, and subway/bus stations. There is literally nothing else I would wish for during our stay, and would definitely stay there again when back in L.A. Thank you!

Very spacious, an excellent central position, a very quiet street, and a very responsive and helpful host. What more can you ask for? Our family had a wonderful stay and we’d definitely stay again.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

George’s place was delightful. The perfect location to connect with friends in Eagle Rock and Pasadena, and go out to a concert in Los Feliz. Safe and clean parking garage underneath the building. And a quiet location, even though the building is on a Main Street. We were able to walk around the corner to Bea Beas for brunch, and it was delicious. Highly recommend George’s place.

Great roomy two-bedroom in a great location. Easy parking location to the condo. Hope to stay here in the future.

great area, lots of little shops, and places to eat!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

My wife and I (and our little dog) stayed at Camille’s place and had a wonderful experience. Camille and Mark were wonderfully friendly and helpful as we arrived, and the place was very clean and felt private. The little patio area was beautiful and offered a quiet, secluded area to relax (and very convenient to have an outdoor area just out the door for our pup). Location was excellent, we walked to a restaurant and to a grocery store. Lots of thoughtful inclusions in the space, which is on the smaller side. But very comfortable for the three of us… really felt like a little hidden gem and we would absolutely like to stay here again on future trips to the area.

I loved it because it's spacious quiet and we went to the universal studios walking . And we took Uber for the Walk of Fame . What if there are no grocery stores nearby it took us a little to find laundry soaps. Very good that there is a washing machine in the apartment . I highly recommend it

Dave’s apartment was everything we were looking for to make our family trip memorable! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. He was so kind and communicative, made us feel very welcome. Location was a bonus, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to all things Westwood. Thank you for a great experience, will be back soon!

Christian was a great host and his apartment was perfect for our family staying at DTLA. He had all the supplies we needed and it was a comfortable stay! Although the nearby area itself didn’t feel safe, arriving to his apartment building with friendly security put us at ease. If you are driving, there’s a nice arrangement with a parking garage across the street that Christian helps out with. That was super helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here, location was fantastic and very close to local amenities and walking distance to some tourist spots e.g. walk of fame etc. central within LA so a good location to explore other areas. Apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. The complex itself had lots of great facilities although we didn’t get time to use them. Parking space was also a great benefit. Bella and Alan were friendly accommodating and helpful.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and were very thankful for the hospitality. Will definitely be returning in the future for more events in downtown LA.

Absolutely recommend this place! Amazing in so many ways: Fantastic location, fantastic amenities including swimming pool and great vantage point of the complex, sky and pool, great space, layout, and comfort, clean, safe, quiet, and walkable to many eateries. Lots of towels and toiletries and extra blankets. Very nice ambiance. Easy in and out. I stayed while visiting family but it felt like a nice vacation getaway. The host was incredibly communicative and cared about my questions. Very much appreciated that. Thank you!

Dana's place in Redondo was better than we had even expected! The location was amazing, the apartment was very comfortable and functional, and she was super responsive and helpful. The parking lot was a nice added bonus- it was a bit complicated to find at first, but once you got there it was quick, easy, safe, and directly connected to the building.
