Only 5 minutes to Universal Studios, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, close to entertainment district and and large shopping center on Ventura Blvd. Enjoy private gated front yard, large pool, outside playground, gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace and game room with ping-pong table by the pool area. Starbucks and pizza is 3 min away. Our vacation home is very private and is located on a quiet cul-de sac street.

Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner.
