Alberto and Moses were really kind and helpful people, they were always available to help with all the questions and requests! the house and everything in it was crystal clean, spotless place, really quiet building, perfect and very clean pool, perfect location ( 10 Min by car and 30 Min by walk to dubai mall and Burj khalifa ) very much recommend it 💕

We had an exceptional stay with Zay Staycae in Dubai! Faiq and Hirshad were extremely helpful since the day we booked the apartment. The moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. This place is a real gem in the heart of downtown Dubai. It’s exceptionally clean and accurate as its photos. The host is very responsive 24/7. Everything you need is within reach - Dubai’s most iconic building - Burj Khalifa, Dubai’s grandest mall, the Dubai Mall and the best restaurants of varied cuisines. We highly recommend this place and we would like to be back over and over again!

Enjoyed Nihal's place. Was very proactive in helping us with local restaurants, supplies, must do things and so on. Property was also as advertised and is located in a paceful area nearby metro. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.

One of the best apartments that I visited in downtown. So many small details that’s host take care of, good hair dryer in both bathrooms dry shampoo and a lot of other small things in kitchen. That’s showing you that they rly take care of guest, I will definitely comeback if I would be needed apartments in downtown
