The place is great, so is the host! Highly recommended place for a family of 4.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

It was a very cool experience to stay in the apartment in front of Burj Khalifa. There was a very good communication with the team. I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in touch with SmartStay. Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

Despite our very late arrival, the check-in process was smooth, quick, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. The apartment itself is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts you could need, and located in a vibrant neighbourhood full of useful services and amenities. A special thanks to Sina, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, proactive, and responsive throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better. The views of the Marina were absolutely stunning, especially at night! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Dubai. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and pool. Our host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Dubai Marina. We’d definitely come back again!

It was a fantastic stay. The place very clean and nicely appointed. Had everything I needed and host was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for my stay and walkable to supermarkets restaurants and other services.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

What a welcoming cosy and spacy apartment with many facilities available. The place was more then clean, nicely decorated and has a lot of convienencies, like using the gym, the pool, washing machine, big screen tv and a balcony to enjoy the view. Gill has been very fast and responsive, helpful and friendly in all. Across the street there is a groccery store and the Metro is walkable. We can recommend this to everyone who wants to go stress free and feel at home right away.

Great place to stay, very well presented and comfortable. Shebab was always on hand to offer assistance if i needed it which was great. The location is good as its 20 mins from most landmarks, however the surrounding areas are still developing so maybe some drilling.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.
