Mijn verblijf in dit appartement was geweldig. Ruim, proper en goed gelokaliseerd. Op het balkon, heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de Burj Khalifa. Gergely was ook zeer respectvol en behulpzaam.

Beautiful place. Has an amazing view. The mall is literally a stone throw away and we had a great time. Yuri is such an amazing host and we are definitely going back to that place!

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

I had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s apartment in Dubai! The location is absolutely perfect ، just steps away from a beautiful beach and with a stunning pool that made my mornings feel like a dream. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Daniel was an amazing host ، very respectful, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Truly one of the best hosts I’ve encountered! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Found this gem while I was looking round for apartment in JVC. Look way better in real life than in pictures! Responsive host always reply me when I have any questions. 2 blocks away from Circle mall and literally straight out into the main road. Already looking to book for next visit 😭😭

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. The only place we could find with a clear view of Burj Khalifa like right in front of it as close as possible. Great place to stay with a grocery store just downstairs.

This place is a real gem in the heart of downtown Dubai. It’s exceptionally clean and accurate as its photos. The host is very responsive 24/7. Everything you need is within reach - Dubai’s most iconic building - Burj Khalifa, Dubai’s grandest mall, the Dubai Mall and the best restaurants of varied cuisines. We highly recommend this place and we would like to be back over and over again!

The host was very responsive replying back within 5-10mins. 24 hours before check-in the host messaged with simple instructions how to enter the Apartment. It was so much easy having no access card as you can always lose them. Staff at Paramount on Arrival were amazing and welcoming, the Porter took the luggage out from the Taxi to the Apartment room on the trolley. I asked the host if we can access the Apartment to leave our bags there as we was super early and replied back right away saying thats fine no issues. check-in was 4pm but we were allowed to check-in earlier. Instructions to access the Apartment was simple and we left our luggage there. The Apartment was amazing even the pictures dont do justice. Clean, very newly decorated with a great taste. spacious rooms, great comfy sofas, quality bedding, loads of utensils, irons, hairdryers, even toothbrush/shaving kits. The views over Burj Khalifa was insane on 46th floor with breathtaking views. absolutely immense. A Must Book.

We stayed with our 3 year old at the home in Downtown Views 2… Best stay we have had in Dubai till date because its easy access to the mall which was ideal for us to engage our child at play areas, dine at restaurants and indulge in shopping… Yassin was a great support and extremely proactive and took care of us really well

We were pleasantly surprised by the place it looked exactly like the pictures. The place is very neat and quiet and accessible. Dale was very responsive when we communicated or asked for any kind of help. I surely would love to be hosted again

The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!
