The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Casa vacanze accogliente con piscina in posizione collinare, con piscina privata. Ampia sala da pranzo con camino e cucina ben attrezzata; bagno ben attrezzato e spaziosa camera da letto. Nell'ampio giardino ben curato, gli ospiti hanno a disposizione diverse aree coperte con barbecue. Particolarmente bella è la piscina privata, elegantemente curvata e romanticamente posizionata; circondata da ampie terrazze e flora fiorita: la meta adatta per gli ospiti che vogliono sentirsi a proprio agio.

La Taverna Fra Le Colline

La Taverna, si trova adagiata in un dolce fondo valle (a cinque minuti di auto dalla città di Arezzo) dove dolce è il trascorrere delle giornate e la campagna circostante scandisce ogni momento della giornata, un giro in bici, un tuffo in piscina, una passeggiata a cavallo nel vicino maneggio e un po' di shopping e cultura nella millenaria citta' di Arezzo. Di fronte a voi, le colline vi offriranno una vista incantevole, nel giardino e nella piscina trascorrerete dei momenti di puro relax.

Eccellente casa di campagna di due piani. Al piano terra si trova uno spazioso salotto integrato alla sala da pranzo e da cui si accede al giardinetto esterno con un pergolato sotto cui cenare o pranzare all' aria aperta. Al piano di sopra si trovano tre camere, una matrimoniale e due camere ciascuna con un letto da una piazza e mezzo . La zona è residenziale molto tranquilla con parcheggio, supermercato e farmacia vicini .Ideale per spostarsi in toscana ed Umbria.
