New extensively renovated beautiful home from home 3 bedroomed house in the beautiful, friendly village of Keills. Approximately 1 mile from PORT ASKAIG ferry terminal where you can also get the ferry to Jura, five minute crossing. Free parking available outside of house, back and front garden with outside seating available, swing park and playing field’s on doorstep. There are 3 Distillery’s nearby Bunnahabhain, Coal Ilà and Ardnahoe with a further six distillery’s throughout the Island.

Pier House
Pier House is beautifully located with stunning views. A huge lounge with Juliette balcony. The house is presented over 2 floors with the living room on the upper floor to maximise the exceptional vista. The house has all modern facilities and comes well equipped and presented. There are 4 bedrooms, a main bathroom, a separate wc and the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suite and shower. The property is on the edge of the beach and next to the pier, utterly perfectly located.

The Black House, Islay
The Black House is a unique property situated between Bruichladdich and Port Charlotte on the island of Islay. We use the house for High School to save commuting from Jura every day so don’t expect a pristine holiday let but rather a loved family space. There are 2 double beds and 2 bunk bedrooms (if you’re a party of single adults then 4 is the maximum number). Views are stunning and Islay’s great for whisky, wildlife or just rest and relaxation. The Wee House
The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.
