We enjoyed various sports in the large artificial grass garden and had a very good stay.

It was a very clean and lovely place, partly because it had just opened.I felt that each part of the house, from the design to the furniture and appliances, was well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.The host's response was quick and kind, and it was helpful.There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

We loved our stay! It was a peaceful neighbourhood amongst locals & only a short walk to the train stations & local food on the Ginza strip😍 House is beautiful and clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was so good for us to cook as we have children. The area is very safe and people are friendly. Host is very helpful & always responds very quickly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home😊

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

We loved this spot! It was perfect for 4 people. Quiet location close to the station and lots of cute areas to explore. Highly recommend!

The apartment is quite new and everything you need is there . It is fully equipped with AC. It’s very convenient that they have a trash container outside the house as it’s Japan it s often complex to handle that. The train station is close by 10’ walking but it s even more convenient to take the bus number 33 which is close by 5’ walking and can take you to other main stations/place. I would definitely come back there if I visit Tokyo again. Thanks

the location is really really safe i can say that, i went for a walk outside and it was full of police to ensure your security. the house was so big and easy to recognise, also was really friendly to elderly who can’t walk properly (they can sleep in the 1st floor). the wifi was also super fast . the most important thing was the host.. she was adorable and helpful, we just landed and we were so tired so we asked if we could check in a bit earlier and she helped us without any hesitation (she also replies really fast) the price matches perfectly the ambience nice !

Space accommodated our group well. Very detailed instructions on how to use all appliances which were very helpful. Good AC, which was important because Tokyo was hot that week. Host helped us coordinate with a vendor for airport transportation and a day trip to Mt. Fuji which was convenient and worked really well. We were a big group -14 people- so next time I will ask a host if we can get cleaning services every few days. It’s hard to share 2 showers and 2 toilets with that many people for a week without housekeeping. Not a criticism at all, just an idea to share with others. Would recommend this property to families or groups!

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

The host was very responsive. All of our questions were answered quickly when I needed assistance. The house was absolutely clean and it was located in a great location one corner had a market. It was also very close to a laundry mat which was good for us traveling with 3 adults we had a lot. Great place to stay felt very safe.

Miho is a spectacular host! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was a perfect walking distance from Shibuya while also nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Miho was also very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was so simple! Miho also was very accommodating with proving a spot to store our luggage after check out for a few hours. They went above and beyond our expectations! If you are looking for wonderful place to stay near Shibuya look no further!! 🤩

Maiko's room was used for one night with a friend's family for lessons because the children's recital was along the Keio Line and took until late at night.😊 It was my first time staying in Sasazuka, but I thought it was a very convenient town with lots of restaurants, clothing stores, and general stores in front of the station. There are both trendy shops and shops that give you a sense of the old-fashioned atmosphere, and I got the impression that it is a great place to live. The neighborhood near the house is quiet and calm, and I was able to stay as if I was living in this town. Children get excited when they spend time in an environment that is different from usual, but the house was simple and very clean, so I was glad that I was able to relax before the recital! I had to bring a toothbrush and cosmetics, but I had everything I needed, such as shampoo and towels, so I was able to stay with minimal luggage. It was also helpful that there was a convenience store and a supermarket near the house for anything we needed.✨ Thanks😊

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this apartment in May with our toddler. Communicating with Makoto and Yuki was easy, with prompt and helpful replies. The apartment was lovely and well stocked with supplies and amenities, including thoughtful touches such as guides and English labels. We loved walking around the area, with good access to transit and a more relaxed friendly environment. We wish we could have stayed longer and would happily return!

We really enjoy our stay. The house was very clean and organized. It is on a more quiet street however, major tourist attractions are not too far away. I would stay here again.
