great place to stay in Shinjuku, well connected to the metro. plenty of things to do nearby. the place is nice and clean and calm

we had a great stay here. It was just a short scenic walk away from buey asakusa but felt peaceful and local. we could not believe how quiet it was! finding it and using provided codes was easy. Room was spacious for Tokyo and the price paid. Would book again!

Everything was perfect, loved the snacks and drinks that were left for us upon arrival. Perfect for families Walking distance to Asasaka.

Mari’s home was very clean and comfortable. It worked perfectly for us (group of 3 friends). Communication was also great! The train station was ~10 minutes away and was very accessible to Haneda, making our trip back to the airport a breeze. The walk to Asakusa / Skytree followed along the river and was really nice. The space matched the photos exactly! I’d very much recommend the space!

Our stay at Oki’s place was perfect. It’s conveniently located near Takadanobaba Station on the Yamanote Line, making it easy to access tourist spots. Plenty of restaurants and a 7-Eleven are nearby. The apartment is spacious—great for our family of five. We stayed on the top floor, which had two twin beds in one room, a tatami room for two, a full bathroom, and upstairs, two more beds, a bathroom with shower, and rooftop access. Few places in Tokyo would offer this much space along with a washer and dryer. There’s also a gym and rec room on the first floor, which looked clean though we didn’t use them. What made our stay truly special was Oki-san. I had trouble getting Ghibli Museum tickets, and he helped us get them—an unforgettable gesture. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Oki’s place.

干净整洁，面积比想象的大，有25平方米左右呢！下次来也还会选择这里，离地铁非常近，周边有好多大型超市和便利店，晴空塔夜景很漂亮，非常喜欢这里！

As many others have said, location was incredible! A quiet street, but extremely central and close to train stations. Modern space, comfortable beds. We appreciated the in-suite laundry and air conditioning.

On se sent réellement immergé dans la culture, loin des hébergements standardisés. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité d’Asakusa et de la Skytree, avec un accès direct aux aéroports. Takahiro offers a lovely, traditional two-story Japanese home that’s perfect for a stay in Tokyo. The house is located in Itabashi, a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood with convenient access to Shinjuku and Shibuya via the JR Line, and to central Tokyo via the Toei Subway. The home is compact, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. Please note that the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, accessible by stairs, a common layout in many Japanese houses. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and have only positive things to say about this charming accommodation.

We had the most comfortable stay in Eishi’s apartment. It is very cozy and pretty and well-furnished, everything you need is available. Love that there is a washer and dryer. Location is convenient, 8-10 mins walk from the train station that is well-connected to all the attractions. Very comfortable bed. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the pillows are too soft. Highly recommended and would definitely choose to stay again❣️

good host and good location

Overall a great place to stay in. Ample space to move around plus the beds were comfortable. The elevator in the house was a great help in bringing our luggages up and down and also after a long tiring day of walking. Lots of shops and dining around the area. Convenience stores and the metro station are walkable. Jerry is a great host and replies within a few minutes.

Had a great stay here with my dad, and my brother's family with my young niece. Location is a bit of a walk from the nearest train station but I enjoyed the walks to and fro as it was a good break from the hectic train rides. Bedrooms were great and the showers were of a good size. Kitchen area on the 2nd floor and with the projection tv was great to heat up food and to wind down at the end of the day. Owaki also was of great assistance and helped us to prepare a baby cot for my niece which she enjoyed greatly. Highly recommended if the location would fit your itinerary and great value! :)

We loved staying here with our group of 10! We expected a small space considering Japanese housing, but this home was exactly what we needed. The rooms are great, the kitchen is spacious, and having the two showers with washer and dryer kept us clean all week long. Would definitely recommend to large groups traveling. The location was also great, with train and bus access and lots of fun restaurants and things to do locally.

Akira's property was exactly has the photos no editing done on this property. Easy to get to from our arrival from Narita Airport. Very rare to have accommodation for her listed price with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets close to transport and easy access from the airport. I will definitely pass on this accommodation details if anyone is interested in going to Tokyo. Antonio

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

너무 좋았습니다! 입지도 좋았고, 방도 깨끗했으며 예상 외로 이매니티가 너무 잘 구비돼 있는 등 여럿이 놀러가기에 이만한 장소를 다시 구할 수 있을 지 모르겠네요! 굳이굳이 단점을 꼽자면 계단이 조금 많다는 것 정도? 다리가 불편하신 분은 조금 이용이 힘들 수도 있겠습니다. 하지만, 장점이 훨씬 뛰어나다고 생각해요! 재방문 의사가 강합니다!!

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
