Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Private Studio Room in Greensborough

We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.
